This is a cute traveling romcom / romantic comedy book. I really liked reading it. It was cute and contemporary so it felt a tiny bit relatable.
I truly enjoyed this story. But I will say that starting out I was not a fan of Hannah. I can see where is she coming from but Grayson was trying so hard to show her how good he was and how committed to this marriage he was. When they woke up married he asked for 90 days. She agreed but tried everything she could to get him to end it earlier. But Grayson just never did. He really needed to tell her the truth about what happened between them years ago but he wouldn't. Finally he did. Things changed then. You could see a shift in Hannah too and it was great.
This story does touch on some tough topics like miscarriage and family emotional abuse so if that is a trigger warning you might want to skip over some parts. Even with that, it is a wonderful book.
Thanks Netgalley for the Arc in exchange for a honest review.
Thanks to Alex Taylor and NetGalley for this ARC. I enjoyed the emotional depth of the characters and I never got bored. Looking forward to reading more from this author.
If accidental marriage with a side of swoon-worthy doctor vibes is your thing, Keeping You is a must-read. When coworkers Hannah and Dr. Grayson Maxwell wake up married after a Vegas work trip, Grayson proposes they give it 90 days to see if they’re meant to be. Cue thoughtful dates, Grayson’s “He Falls First” charm, and a ton of banter as Hannah tries (and fails) to keep her walls up. This book is packed with tropes like Accidental Marriage, Forced Proximity, Hate to Love, and the perfect Black Cat x Golden Retriever energy. It’s funny, tender, and ridiculously sweet—rom-com gold! Definitely a solid 4.5 stars!

I really enjoyed this book! What I loved the most was the unconventional way it started…it dove right into the marriage, the present, and how they would possibly make this relationship work! I LOVE Greyson…what a perfect, emotional, wrecked man who deserves ALL the love in the world! And Hannah? His absolute perfect match!
I felt the slow burn was CHEFS KISS, the enemies to lovers trope was spot on, and I LOVE a “he falls first” moment. Just really great book, excellent pacing, and now I’m looking forward to Matt’s story!

This was my first Alex Taylor book and now I need more!! The characters were well rounded, nuanced and interesting. I just adored Grayson and Hannah’s story!
Grayson and Hannah go on a work conference together and end up married… only problem is Grayson, the hot doctor at her hospital, already blew his chance with Hannah, the pretty nurse. Can these to make it work?
I read this in one sitting and devoured it! Absolutely a must read!

4.5 stars rounded up!
Hannah and Grayson wake up married after a work conference in Vegas and she immediately wants an annulment. Grayson asks her to give the marriage 90 days to see if they can make it work. Hannah is hesitant because they went out a few times two years ago and it didn't end well. She agrees, moves in with him, and makes it her mission to prove why they shouldn't be together. She plans to "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days" him, but he just keeps being sweet and devoted, breaking down her barriers.
There were so many things about this book I loved: accidental marriage, dual POV, he falls first, lots and lots of spice, great supporting characters, past trauma (for both MCs) that causes character growth. It was well-written and I was hooked from the start. I seriously couldn't put it down!
I hadn't read the previous two books in the series, so it was a little hard to keep track of all the supporting characters, but that's on me for starting with the third book in the series. I am 100% going back to read the first two before the fourth comes out!
The reason I knocked off a half star was the sexual degradation. To be fair, Alex Taylor warns us about trigger warnings before the book starts. Since that's not a trigger for me, I read on. I can handle a little bit, but there was just too much, in my opinion.
4.5 stars
This was such a cute read! This is a new author for me, but she sure knocked it out of the park!
In this novel we are immediately introduced to Grayson and Hannah who have just woken up in Vegas to discover they drunkenly married each other. While Hannah immediately wants an annulment, Grayson (who has secretly loved Hannah for the last 2 years) asks her to give their married 90 days and if she still wants a divorce he will give it to her. This begins Grayson trying to woo Hannah, while Hannah tries to How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days him. Will these two stay married?
I really appreciated how this book started off light and slowly worked its way into the deeper sub-plots. It wasn’t too heavy, but there were trials and tribulations Hannah and Grayson had to go through to get to the end.
I loved all the side characters (except - of course- Samantha). They all added to the story and were couples I could root for. I want to see Chloe’s story!
I actually enjoyed this book. I’ve been going through a hard time the last few weeks, and this is the book I needed to be able to escape from my life and not be overwhelmed in the story plot.

An amazing story . Hannah and Grayson are coworkers , she is a nurse and he a doctor in the ER at the hospital . When they both had to go to Las Vegas for a work trip they end married . When they wake up and they find that they are married her first reaction is for them to get an annulment and he asks for 90 days to stay married and try to work it out . Hannah doesn't trust him because 2 years ago when they had been dating and she caught him kissing an other nurse and that had crushed her . While they live and work together she tries to make him sing the papers but he always is nice , caring and thoughful . All their friends tell her to give him a chance but she is not willing . When they visit his family for a week is when she realises that maybe she is having feelings feelings for him . Grayson fell in love with her 2 years ago but because of his past he believes he doesn't deserve her and she was better without him but now that they are married he will fight to make it last for ever . After the 90 days pass what Hannah will choose ?
I received this book from netgalley , the author and the publicer as an ARC . Thank you . All thoughts and opinions are my own .

This is the third book in a series but my first I’ve read. I wish I would have read the others first but wanted to get the review done before the book releases, I plan the go back and read the other 2 before the 4th comes out.
The book was dual POV between Hannah and Grayson.
I really enjoyed this book and had a hard time putting it down. This was fluffy feel good (in the best way) but with some serious topics sprinkled in.
I love a MMC who falls hard but isn’t cheesy. Grayson is the perfect example of this, he kept paying attention and remembered things but wasn’t obnoxious about it. That’s how he was so easily able to show Hannah how he cared for her - because he had been paying attention and really saw her.
Some of my favorite FMC have a bit of family drama that causes them to second guess relationships/love/marriage and Hannah is no exception to this. Living through her parents divorce and her mom’s constant trading up has left her hesitant to trust. Love seeing Hannah stand up for herself with just a little support from Grayson.
Open door.
Accidental marriage.
Enemy-ish to lover.
Second chance love.
Forced proximity.
Only one bed.
Found family.
Complicated family dynamics.
Previous trauma.
4/5 ⭐️
Hannah and Grayson wake up in Vegas and are married to each other. They can’t stand each other (or can they?), and Hannah wants to sign the divorce papers straight away. But Grayson convinces her to try this marriage for 90 days.
They work together, they move in together. And Hannah is trying her best to show Grayson that this marriage won’t work.
Besides their marriage there are multiple interesting side storylines. About their past, their families etc.
I enjoyed this book a lot! It was fun, easy to read. I loved that he fell first and how obsessed he is by her.
There is character development. Some miscommunication, which I don’t always like but it was fitting in this story. I love how much respect they have for each other.
AND THE SPICE! We can’t forget about that. It was very good, not cringy at all. With A LOT of dirty talk. 🌶️🌶️
This is an interconnected stand alone. This was the first book I’ve read from the series and everything was clear for me. I will read the other books as well though. I got super excited
I posted this review on Goodreads and my TikTok.
"When I met Hannah, she sucked me in. I enjoyed talking to her, bantering. I hadn’t done that in a long time. Then after our first date, she let me kiss her.
The second our lips touched, she became my anchor."
"...That feeling of wanting to be close to them, wanting to reach out and touch them, to spend your every waking hour with them. I feel that with Hannah. She may not know it, but I’m obsessed with her. If she told me to drop to my knees and crawl to her, I would. I would do whatever she asked me to."

I love a sexy Dr. story. In this case there was a little hospital drama that started the whole misunderstanding between Hannah and Grayson. After a few dates their relationship was headed in the right direction until Hannah decided she wanted nothing more to do with him. After two years of dodging each other while working in the same hospital they are sent to Vegas for a conference. In a hungover haze the next day Hannah is horrified to see the rings in her finger. She has no trust of marriage after her parents divorced. With Grayson having been raised in a loving family he doesn’t want to divorce. His plan is to woo his temporary wife to being his permanently. With both of them having hang ups from their pasts there are quite a few trying times. With the more time spent together they get to know each other better. Oh and do they get to know each other! There are some sexy times in this book. Grayson knew from the beginning Hannah was the one for him, he just had to let her catch up. Thank you to NetGalley Alex Taylor for this free advanced copy.
