Brilliant story set in the 1800. Louisa is outstanding as the main character willing to do anything for her friends in school who all become like sisters. Written to look at villains, bullies and so much more. Couldn't put it down once I started it.

I was invested in the story from the first page and the concept overall. The characters were everything that I was looking for and enjoyed the overall feel of them in this universe. It uses the action adventure element that I was looking for and wanted more in this series. Russell Cowdrey wrote this perfectly and enjoyed the use of the historical element.
