Uri is a little kid with a big imagination. What is keeping his dad so late on the first night of Hanukkah? None of the dangers he imagines are real, and the family gathers to celebrate. The poem is short and sweet, followed by information about the holiday. The pictures are warm and wonderful.

I liked how Uri battles the King of Darkness to help bring his dad home got Hanukkah.
I think it's a good look at fighting off the darkness to bring forth the light.

Thanks NetGalley for this ARC.
