Bunny Made Tea is a very simple but effective story about sharing. On a rainy day, Bunny wants a cup of tea and gathers ingredients in the rain before making the tea. Then, along come other animals wanting that tea. How will Bunny respond?
There are few words, but the illustrations are phenomenal! They are gorgeous and convey so much emotion with a touch of hilarity. This is a very sweet book, perfect for reading aloud with your pre-readers and other young children.

Really pretty and cozy illustrations with a simple story about generosity and taking care of others. Sweet and cute for storytime.
This is a sweet story about an adorable bunny who simply wants to sit and enjoy a hot cup of tea... I totally relate. Bunny isn't the only one who likes tea though!!! His friends the opossums also like tea and it was very kind of bunny to share and to teach the little one how to make tea too! This is a story that focuses on kindness and sharing, perfect for the young kids in your life.

This was such a beautiful little story! Bunny keeps making tea, but is she ever going to get any for herself? The pictures are soft and gorgeous and there aren't many words, but the lessons of sharing and caring are so strong. Thanks to NetGalley for letting me read this adorable picture book
A cozy rainy day reminder with humor and precious characters about how sharing is caring and kindness returns to the giver with time.
Some fantastically illustrated hilarity ensues between Bunny and Opossum as Bunny's perpetual kindness is rewarded by having its needs seen and met, too.
Thanks to NetGalley for sharing this DRC with me for an honest review.
Really adorable, simple idea with gorgeous illustrations. I love how much personality is imbued into the pictures and characters with this one. And a simple message of generosity and reciprocity is conveyed beautifully. What happens when on a cool rainy day a bunny just wants a cup of tea but she it getting unexpected guests?
This story is about Bunny who wants tea, but every time Bunny makes tea an unexpected visitor comes so Bunny offers them the tea they just made.
The illustrations were absolutely gorgeous, I have to see this book in person. I read this to my niece and she absolutely loved it especially seeing all the baby Possums they’re so precious. I love that this story is about being generous and giving, even without many words there is a lot of symbolism in the illustrations.

Overall, the book was well written, captured my attention and I did really enjoy it. Thank you for this advance copy!
Bunny Made Tea is an adorable children's book about the importance of sharing.
All Bunny wants is a nice warm cup of tea on a rainy day, when suddenly they are visited by Opossum also wanting a warm cup of tea. The art style in Bunny Made Tea is the perfect style. It is cute, but also expressive. You can clearly see the joy Bunny has when they make that initial cup of tea, and later mild annoyance when interrupted time and time again. This book clearly shows children the importance of sharing, and what might come of being kind and caring to others.
Would highly recommend for parents of young children, and it would be perfect for schools/ daycares.
What a sweet book! It is a story reminiscent of the Little Red Hen about a Bunny who makes a pot of tea and keeps having unexpected guests before they can take a sip. This one has really simple text so it will be great for the youngest readers. The star here was definitely the illustrations, they are just lovely. I really enjoyed seeing opossums get their time in the spotlight.
Thanks to NetGalley, Amanda Baehr Fuller, and Owlkids Books for the chance to read and review. My opinions are my own!
This is an adorable and very sweet book. The illustrations are beautiful, too. What a creative way to teach children to share!
This book was super cute! Although the illustrations took center stage, the narrative was straightforward and easy to comprehend. My kids and I shared an enjoyable experience with the book, which was accessible enough for my toddler to engage with and follow, while my first grader could read it to us with ease. Thank you to NetGalley and Owlkids Books for the ARC!
The artwork is the star of the show in this book. The colors are lovely and the illustrations are so adorable. The prose is simple and to the point, which would make this a great book for toddlers and young children. Parents will likely enjoy reading this cozy, sweet story to their kids.
Bunny Made Tea is a short easy reader about a bunny who keeps making tea, only for others to come and ask for it. Will poor Bunny ever get some tea? The illustrations are very cute and you can see Bunny's various emotions as the story progresses. This would make for a good bedtime story or practice for an early reader.
Thanks to Owlkid Books and NetGalley for an eARC of this book for an honest review.
Bunny wakes up craving tea, so they happily set out to collect the ingredients they need. Finally at home and brewing the tea, Bunny has a surprise guest...and then more...and never gets to drink their own tea! Thankfully, the tale ends with a sweet lesson about friendship and gratitude.
A very simple, cute story with equally cute illustrations!
Thank you to NetGalley and the author for providing me with a free eARC in exchange for an honest review.
The art in this book was very cute but there was not much to read so my child got bored very quickly.
4"the loveliest illustrations ever" stars !!
Thank you to Netgalley, the author/illustrator and Owlkids books for an ecopy. This will be released Feb 2025. I am providing an honest review.
This is suitable for children 3 to 6 and adults that love tea and bunnies (lol)
This is a sweet, scrumptious little book about a bunny that makes tea for Ms. Opossum and then all her babies too. No tea left for Bunny. Oh No ! But wait there is tea when Bunny awakens....
Sweet and adorable and perfect for me as I sit and drink my chamomile tea. Those illustrations are just the sweetest !
This book is so cute!
I love a simple children’s book where the graphics really tell the story.
My favorite graphic is when Bunny goes to bed without tea. It’s too funny!
This is a great lesson in doing things for others with no expectation they do it in return and delayed gratification.
Did I mention I love seeing the baby opossums help gather herbs for the tea?!
