Living with a family of bakers, this was just the book we needed to save our waist lines while still indulging. Having given a few of these recipe's to my wife to try I can report that as well as looking amazing in the book and having easy to follow instructions, they taste AMAZING. We now own a physical copy on our own bookshelves.
