Overall, it was a marginally enjoyable read, more or less typical for a nothing special middle grade novel.

This book is a good read for students who love fantasy books like 'Warriors' and 'Guardians of Gahoole.' Fun read with lots of suspense and unexpected plot twists. Would definitely be a popular read in my 4th-grade classroom.
