This is a lovely book with a new to me author and i have only just read this book even though it has been on my kindle for 4 years. I'm a little behind with some of my books to read lol.

I have read a few of the Invitation To Eden books and this one does not disappoint.

We start off in America when Isabelle is just leaving her controlling boyfriend before she is arrested by Gabriel Dare's brother Decklan. She is arrested on bogus charges by her ex and leaves everything behind her. She has 500 dollars and the shirt clothes on her, when Gabriel steps in and helps her find her way.

It is a chance of a lifetime that has Isabelle going to the island and reconnecting with Gabriel, all orchestrated by him. It is there that the pair finally come together and find that the other completes them and makes them happy in a way no other has before.

Isabelle has finally done it. She left her cheating boyfriend, who has done everything to suppress her during their relationship. What she didn't expect was to get arrested for grand theft auto right after she left in her car.

Being arrested was bad enough but to have Gabriel Dare see her at the station was just humiliating. Yes, she has always had a crush on the gorgeous club own. The two of them have always had an easy time talking and flirty with one another in the past. But she needs to get her life back. Not run from one man to the another within hours of leaving a bad relationship.

Gabe Dare has always had his eye on Iz. He said that if he ever had the chance, he would drop everything for her. He has always felt this pull between the two of them but he never goes after someone else's woman --- no matter if he thinks they are not good for one another or not.

After Gabe hears what Lance, Isabelle's ex, has done to her, he's seeing red and ready to go all Alpha to protect her. But Isabelle doesn't trust anyone right now, so Gabe must do the one thing he doesn't want to do and that's let her go. He only hopes that she'll learn to trust her and come back to him.

I loved the instant connect between Isabelle and Gabe. This was a fast paced love story and quick read. But loved every minute.
