I listened to the audio version of this book, and I enjoyed every minute of it. The narrator did an excellent job. The author, as with every other book she's written, delivered on her humor with characters that are swoon worthy. I couldn't put it down. This story revolved around a woman in the process of finding herself, and she finds a way to feel good about herself by doing what she wants instead of what is expected. I love a strong female lead. I can't wait to read more books by this author. I definitely recommend this novel.
Thank you Net Galley, Brilliance Publishing, and Lauren Landish

This one sounds really good and started off well but it went a bit too insta lovey for my liking which put me off. The audio was enjoyable.

Hope thought that she was happy with the life she was living until she finds herself about to marry the man she fell in love with as a teenager and realized that she wanted more. Not about to go through with what could be the most misguided decision of her life she escapes and finds solace and support with Ben, a man she has never met before, in the woods.
Ben has a difficult past and is trying to create the life he wants as a musician but that isn’t unfolding the way he would like. Needing to get some clarity he decides to put some distance between himself and the situation but what he didn’t expect was to meet a woman who was not only facing some life changing decisions of her own but would change his life as well.
Hope and Ben both thought they knew what they wanted out of life, but they are about to realize how wrong they are. A few challenges, a swoony romance and witty banter is only made better by the entertaining performance of the narrators.

I’m obsessed with Lauren Landish romcoms! This is another great example of why she’s a one-click author for me. I’m never going to be let-down with her storylines.
I really enjoyed this runaway bride plot, with Hope leaving her long-time, high school relationship behind at the altar when she knew his un-heartfelt vows meant absolutely nothing to either of them and she’d outgrown everything about them.
The moment she ran into Ben in the woods, the worn-out rockstar finding himself and trying to write a new album, I was absolutely hooked. His new muse in a wedding dress!
This is such a unique book and I really loved everything about it. A definite recommendation from me. Fans of hers past and present will know they can come into it with full expectations of her usual brilliance. Anyone new to her - prepare yourself for an extremely enjoyable and entertaining time ahead!
Grab the audio version, though… narrated by Stella Hunter and Ryan West, two of my faves and tops in the industry. Fantastic job, by both!
I received an early audio copy from NetGalley and Brilliance Audio, and this is my honest opinion.

Thank you Brilliance Publishing for the ALC!
Lauren Landish is an author I can count on to have me laughing and swooning, and this book was no deviation from that! This is a story of a woman finding herself, starting a new story that she feels good about instead of doing what’s expected by everyone else.

I read this thanks to the author and NetGalley as an audio ARC.
Tropes: Small Town, Runaway Bride, Rockstar, Forced Proximity, Miscommunication
This was cute and I enjoyed the FMC's growth during the story. The book starts out with a bang... and a runaway bride running into a man looking for a titmouse. Hope doesn't know what to do next with her life and neither does Ben. He chose a town for vacation based on throwing a dart at a map. Ben and Hope's journey helps both of them realize what they really want out of life and how to be true to themselves.
I enjoyed the cute relationship, Hope telling her ex off, and the spice was well written. I honestly hope the next book is Joy and Sean...

Thank you to NetGalley and the Publisher for the ALC of I Do With You, in exchange for an honest review.
Hope Barlowe is about to get married, but she can’t shake the feeling that it’s a huge mistake. She feels pressured by her family and the expectations of the small town where she lives, but when she hears her fiancé's vows, she realizes she can’t go through with it and runs away. Ben Taylor, who is part of a metal band, is taking a break in a quiet place when Hope runs into him while she’s escaping.
One of the highlights of the book is witnessing Hope's personal growth and self-discovery as she navigates life after fleeing her wedding. The connection between her and Ben is palpable, and their funny and witty exchanges make it easy to really root for them. Ben respects Hope's situation and becomes a source of support, helping her uncover her true potential. The small-town backdrop of Maple Creek adds a delightful charm and an undercurrent of tension that enhances the story's authenticity as a small-town romance.
Filled with humor, heartfelt moments, and the message of following one's path, this book offers a delightful blend of entertainment and life lessons. The narrators were fantastic and truly brought the characters to life. I thoroughly enjoyed 'I Do With You,' and I give it a rating of 4.5 stars."

I listened to the audio of this one. I thought the dual narrators did well with their respective POV’s. I really enjoyed these characters. I loved the way the town and her family supported Hope. I loved how she and Ben saw the best in the other, even when they are both at a low point in their lives. I did think the timeline was a bit rushed-running from the alter to a new love doesn’t seem realistic, but the issues these two work through are real enough that I was able to put that aside to root for this couple.

5 Stars
I LOVED this book and devoured it in one sitting. It was 1:30 AM and I couldn’t put it down. The cover really doesn’t match the vibes, but maybe the overall feel? Because a runaway bride fleeing her small close-knit town wedding, only to run into the arms of a stranger in the wilderness (who also happens to be a metal rock god) and then they end up shacking up together and thus follows the sweetest yet hottest strangers to friends to lovers trope. I ate it up. Devoured. Left no crumbs. Read it asap.

I absolutely loved this one!! This book was a smoldering slow burn. It all starts with a runaway bride bumping into the hard wall of a rugged, tattooed and bearded man in the woods.
I loved the innocence and inexperience of Hope. She is a sweet small town girl that had her life planned since high school. When she gets cold feet and realizes she is making a big mistake. She runs.
Ben, a musician who is visiting the small town of Maple Creek is there to try to figure things out. He and his partner have had a disagreement that they can’t seem to get over. However, when he meets Hope, something shifts and begins to change.
The emotions were intense, the flirting was hot and the love is all consuming. This was an all around fantastic love story and I hope we see more of these characters in future Maple Creek stories.
Now let’s talk audio:
The narrators both did a wonderful job at portraying these loving characters. It’s definitely a must!! You won’t want to miss this one.

This was a fun read. I enjoyed the concept of a runaway bride learning to love herself after being in a relationship that was not good for her soul. It was hard to see how many people were not a fan of their relationship.
I was heartbroken at the third act breakup because I don’t believe that the FMC was thinking logically. I understand where the story was coming from, but actions speak louder than words.
The narration was excellent and the lyrics of their love story made it all the much better

Hope Barlowe has been questioning her life for a while, her lightbulb moment comes when she’s just about to say ‘I do’. So off she runs, into the woods in her wedding dress, and bang smack into the arms of Ben Taylor. Ben is in Maple Creek on vacation, running away from his problems too - a best friend who he’s been battling with, a record company contract he wants to get out of, the list goes on. So he’s left the bright lights of LA for Maple Creek. The last thing he needs is a complication, and Hope Barlowe has complicated written all over her pretty white dress. Ben is battling his own demons, he’s a rock star who needs anonymity to perform, except it seems, when he’s with Hope. A truly wonderful small town romance, it’s got everything I want in a story. A slow burn with some super fun moments throughout, highly entertaining. I loved seeing both Ben and Hope grow together, and I was praying throughout that what they were building was strong enough for the inevitable fallout when all was revealed. Great characters (I loved Hope’s family), a fun storyline, and perfect narration. The story definitely lends itself to audio, especially with Ryan West and Stella Hunter taking the lead, they pulled it off perfectly, they could have actually been Ben and Hope. I’m looking forward to more shenanigans in Maple Creek, there are so many more stories to tell. I received advanced copies of both the ebook and the audio from the publishers via NetGalley. This is my honest review.

Unfortunately this one just didn't work for me. The third act breakup and a lot of the drama just didn't work.
Thank you brilliance audio, netgalley and Lauren for this ALC

I'm really glad I took my friend's advice and listened to this romance! I've always had a soft spot for runaway bride stories, and this one truly drew me in. From the start, it had a perfect mix of adventure and surprising twists that kept me hooked.
The chemistry between the main characters felt real and unforced, and I loved seeing how their lives connected at just the right time—it was like everything really does happen for a reason. The warm, cozy tone of the story was wonderful, and the side characters brought so much charm, adding depth and humor to the romance.
This forbidden love story was such a satisfying escape, with memorable characters and so many heartwarming moments along the way.

Narrators did a great job with this audiobook and I couldn’t stop listening to it. Hope was standing at the alter when she realized she couldn’t marry this man, so she ran. Ben was on vacation walking through the woods bird watching when Hope runs into him. The small town of Maple Creek was either team Hope or Team Roy which is entertaining. Ben has secrets that he can’t share even if he wanted to, he’s not supposed to. Ben is enjoying the time he has with Hope until things blow up and he has to go back to deal with his reality. Another entertaining book from this author.

This was so so good! Much needed today for an escape from the world today. This feels like a small town coming home and finding your true love! Gosh this author is definitely on my radar now every person needs to listen to this

Hope, a runaway bride and Ben, an undercover rockstar with stage fright, fall in love in this first book in a new dual POV, steamy small town romance series. This was fun, had emotional depth and great chemistry between the leads.
I didn't love the miscommunication trope but I did love how Hope takes control of her life before just agreeing to go along with what everyone was expecting. Good on audio narrated by Stella Hunter and Ryan West and perfect for fans of authors like Lucy Score.
Many thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for an early digital and audio copy in exchange for my honest review! Looking forward to what comes next in the Maple Creek series!

This book was so cute!
I'm not sure what it is about runaway brides stories that I really enjoy. Lauren Landish did a great job with this trope. Hope and Ben had great chemistry and I really liked their relationship. From the moment these two met, I liked them. I enjoyed the build up of the relationship too. It's a slow burn romance which helps build the bond between Ben and Hope. Their romance felt more believable because of the slower pacing of the romance. Their romance was just so sweet! Ben is definitely swoon worthy and Hope has a great self discovery journey.
Narrators Stella Hunter and Ryan West did a fabulous job. I felt their voices fit the characters perfectly.
Would recommend!

I liked the book and it was a fun listen. The narrators did great. I did feel bad for the man left at the altar because even though he had his faults it still must have sucked to see her parading around town with another man. I felt like the author was trying too hard to make that seem ok, but in reality it was pretty messed up.
If you put that to the side the book was good and def worth a read or listen.

This is the first book I have read by the author and I wasn't sure about this at the start but I quickly got into it and was surprised I enjoyed it . I wasn't expecting such spice but didn't bother me. I enjoyed the audio version of this book and will definitely be checking out more by this author in the future. Thanks to netgalley and the publisher for this audio arc.
