My idea of what a Fictional Romance should be vastly varies on what is written in this book. I found NOTHING entertaining or interesting about this plot and these characters. All it did is make me lose interest and aggravate me because everything here lacked the major core ingredients to make a romance.
-You have two MMCs who lacked chemistry and any likable trait.
-An egotistical & spoiled MMC who has a revolving door of women he sleeps around with while the FMC has a front row seat to it, but shows no attraction or interest in FMC to stop his behavior once she comes into the picture.
-An FMC who sees & hears him with all these OW and it doesn't bother her but is still attracted to him?
- An FMC whose role is to sneak into MMC's bedroom post sex with all his OW and make sure they are not posting d**k pics of him online! (what the hell???!!)
There are a lot of other things that I can list but I think you have the gist of what this story is about. For me, it did not work.

Billionaire's Bride Bargain by Millie Adams, book one in the Work Wives to Billionaires' Wives series, is an enjoyable story featuring a billionaire, fake dating, an engagement of convenience, a virgin, and a reformed playboy. Auggie and her best friends created an agency to temporarily help billionaires and make their life easier. Auggie is a temp assistant to billionaire Matias, going wherever he goes, making sure everything he needs are met, and is at his disposal as needed; even if that means sneaking into his airplane bedroom while he is sleeping with his latest girlfriend/hookup and checking her phone to make sure she didn't take a nudes of the hero (eww!!). When she discovers his latest hookup has caused a major crisis in his life and his business, she finds herself helping him out, saving him from the media circus; even if it means getting fake engaged to this emotionally cold billionaire. When circumstances force them to spend a lot of time together, they both dive deep into their emotional reservoirs, while feelings grow, sparks fly, and magic happens.
I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

Auggie is calm cool and efficient for her clients. However, it’s hard when she works for a handsome but emotionally cold billionaire Matias.
When circumstances force the two to spend a lot of time together and really dive deep into their emotional reservoirs, magic happens.
If you’re looking for a quick read with a delicious HEA, try this one for size!

Auggie works as a temp assistant for Matias, catering to his every need, even going so far as to sneak into his airplane bedroom while he sleeps with his latest girlfriend to check her phone for any incriminating photos.
When one of Matias’s girlfriends tries to sabotage him and his business, Auggie steps in to save him, which leads to a fake engagement.
Unfortunately, this book by MY fell short of expectations. The beginning felt slow, and the scene where Auggie sneaks into the bedroom to “save” Matias was overly dramatic. The second half had excessive inner dialogue, making it choppy and occasionally dull, while the rushed ending lacked satisfaction.

Auggie is a temp assistant to our hero Matias. She goes wherever he does and tries to make sure all he needs are met and is at his disposal. That means even if she has to sneak into his airplane bedroom while he's sleeping with his latest girlfriend and check her phone to make sure she didn't take a nudes of the hero.
But she is now having to save him from a crisis as she finds herself saving him from one of those girlfriends that's trying to sabotage him and his business. And saving means getting fake engaged.
This one by MY just wasn't up to par of her usual books. I felt the beginning kind of dragged and then was really bothered by the scene of her sneaking into the bedroom to "save" the hero from any nude photo's. Kind of over the top.
There was a lot of inter dialogue in the second half and found that to be choppy and boring at times. The ending felt rushed as well.
This was not one of my favorites of MY. I normally love her books but have found the last couple not up to her usual writing standards in my humble opinion.

So originally I’d written down in my notes that this book was cute, and would be a really great beach/travel read where you’re not looking for something overly in depth or meaty. But then the third act drama happened and out of nowhere it got very intense and surprisingly philosophical. This story also didn’t go where I was expecting it to go- since it’s a fake dating/engagement story I expected there to be more fake dating, but really it was more introspective and dived into the characters/experiences of the MCs. None of that is bad but it definitely caught me off guard. I’ll be honest, I have sort of a preset image of what a Harlequin romance entails and this was…not it.
Unfortunately something about this book was not grabbing me, although I’m not sure what it was. I felt like there was so much more focus than necessary on her mom and his sister, after the initial intro and deep dive into their pasts. It just kept coming up. The ending was a little whiplash-y, and felt like they were rehashing everything from earlier in the book again. I ended up just skimming the last 15%.
Overall I feel pretty neutral about the story, but I think it could use some polishing.

Super cute short read. The writing was amazing, the story was adorable, and it kept my attention. The only thing I would have done differently is the way text messages are written. You have to read after the blurb who sent it which was lowkey annoying but that was my only gripe.

Auggie encounters many challenges in her efforts to tame the pitbull-like qualities of her unexpected new spouse, but eventually succeeds and they find a sweet HEA.
