This is a gorgeous cookbook, with so many delicious recipes and beautiful photographs, that I absolutely recommend it for anyone who would like to expand their Italian repertoire.
There are plenty of traditional recipes, like sandwiches, pizzas, and cocktails, but also interesting things like chestnut stew, duck confit ravioli, and some outrageously delicious looking meatballs. Lots of stories and anecdotes makes this a very personal yet functional cookbook I con't recommend enough!

This is a great cookbook for fans of the restaurant, or anyone who loves Italian food! I really enjoyed reading the history of the restaurants at the beginning of the cookbook, you can tell how passionate the author is about what he does. The cookbook is divided by course and I can't wait to test out the recipes in it. The photos in the book are also fantastic!
