Get ready for royal tension, intrigue and action because this novel is packed with all three.

Lady Psyche is beginning to realize who the villain truly is and is in more danger than she realized. Since she's actually Lady Medea inside (body switch), she might be able to ward off, at least, direct physical attacks, but Psyche's weak body makes it almost impossible. Luckily, Lady Medea (who is Psyche inside) is also realizing the real culprit. Both are just at the beginning of discovering the various evil plans and weaves surrounding them, and both are discovering secrets about themselves. Still, they are in terrible danger and will have to discover much more if they want to survive.

This is a wonderfully illustrated read with action and emotion coming across in every scene. The characters hold quite a bit of depth, which makes it easy to sink into each one. This isn't a light story but lets the danger seep into every situation like a dark, looming shadow. The villains are scheming and will do anything to achieve their hidden goals. Psyche and Medea, on the other hand, are still unaware, which makes them huge targets. It creates tension on every page, drives the tale forward, and holds action scenes which grab. There are also darker sides to some personalities, which adds triggers surrounding abuse and more.

Like the first book in this series, the tale constantly flips between current time and flashbacks. This was very confusing, especially in the first half of the read, and I found myself rereading several section. Everything flowed much better in the second half, which made it easy to sink into the story...and not put it down until the last page. Some of the flashbacks are noted as to the time, but others simply happen without notice. This is, sometimes, also noticeable by a change in the color tones, but not always. So, like book one, this still doesn't work for me.

Otherwise, this is a very grabbing read. The plot levels are intriguing and the characters carry the heart and problems to make the read one to get lost in and enjoy. If only it flowed a little bit better on the timeline end. Still, I'm looking forward to seeing where the next chapters head because I'm rooting for both ladies to figure things out and put those villains in their place.

Thank you to the publisher for an arc in exchange for an honest review.

I liked this continuation of the series a lot! We get to see more the Medea and Psyche’s backstories and how they became the way they are. We also get to see them walk on each other’s shoes more and learn about the life of the other girl. Also I love Helios so much! He’s such a great MMC! I’m looking forward to continuing with this series!

Excellent continuation of the kind of fantasy political drama I can't get enough of. There's still plenty of revelations and plot twists in the future, but seeing the initial premise play out and bind these two women together reminds me why I fell in love with this story from the beginning The characters have so much depth and the art style is breathtaking while telling so much in its use of light and shadow, facial expressions, and atmosphere. Can't wait for volume 3!

There isn't much to say about this, the original webtoon is fantastic, and this edition of it is satisfactory.

So much happened in the first volume of Your Throne that left me reeling, so I’m glad that in this one, we got a little more backstory on the characters and maybe even a little plotting for revenge. Medea and Psyche have switched bodies, but only one person other than them knows. As Psyche is blessed by God, it seems like this was meant to happen to save her from assassination.

Now if they can both survive a little longer, maybe they can switch bodies back. I’d hope that before then, Medea can take out the man that was plotting the body she’s in’s demise.

This was another solid volume that kept me wanting more. Also, if someone doesn’t snatch up Helios, I may need to. He’s absolutely perfect!!!

Your Throne Volume 2 collects episodes 13 to 23 of the stunning fantasy graphic novel about a pair of powerful noblewomen who were competing for the throne of Vasilios Empire. They both struggle to live in a world of dangerous magic, betrayal, and the unfamiliarity of being trapped in one another’s bodies. Lady Medea Solon is cool, calm and calculating. Lady Psyche Callista is warm hearted and innocent. They must come together or both will perish at the hands of their common enemy.

The second installment of Your Throne was just as beautifully designed as the first. It is so vivid and immersive. I love that the characters are so striking and found it a little easier to follow who was who during the body swaps in this version than the webtoon. I love how practical Medea is and how well that contrasts to the openness of Psyche’s heart. It is especially evident when they realize that it suits both their needs to stop being rivals and start being co-conspirators against Eros, who’s the bane of both their lives.

I’m looking forward to seeing the rest of the series physically published!

Thank you to NetGalley and WEBTOONS Unscrolled for the opportunity to read this in advance!

A deeper dive into both the characters backgrounds and I think chaos is about to ensue. So much happened in this book I was a tad confused in the beginning about who was in WHOS body but then I remembered. I’m excited for the next book!

Stunning and beautiful. The artwork is truly breathtaking.

The story is unfolding with intrigue and mystery. Psyche is revealed to have healing powers as God’s Chosen Divine One. Medea is fighting for her life in Psyche’s body.

Both of them have faced horrible circumstances and abuse. I hope their relationship with heal and they can help each other fight back against all the evil they face—especially Eros.

Set in a historical and patriarchal society, two women struggle to find themselves. One is sheltered, pampered, and manipulated, the other mentally and physically abused, they find an odd sort of friendship. In this volume that friendship is tested.

I'm loving the complexity of this dark and unique twist on the Villainess trope. The art is really well done, and each character has so many facets, with new layers and secrets being uncovered with each page.

Definitely recommend.

I just finished Your Throne Vol. 2, and wow—it blew me away even more than the first one! The story picks up with Medea and Psyche trapped in each other’s bodies, still dealing with the fallout from Volume 1, but the tension and drama are turned up so much. Medea’s now living as Psyche, and every scene with her trying to survive in the royal court is so intense. Psyche’s in Medea’s body, too, so there’s this constant balancing act, and you can feel the danger around them all the time, especially since Crown Prince Eros is just so ruthless.

One of my favorite parts was how Medea and Psyche’s relationship changes. At first, they’re just rivals, but when they realize they both have reasons to go up against Eros, their alliance starts to build in this very reluctant, but really satisfying, way. Each of them brings something different to the table, and you can feel that they're both trying to outsmart their enemies while learning to trust each other—kind of!

The twists are wild, the characters are sharp and complicated, and honestly, I couldn’t put it down. The mix of court politics, magic, and all the secrets just makes the story so addictive. I can’t wait to see what’s next for Medea and Psyche because I know things are only going to get more intense from here. If you’re looking for something with drama, suspense, and a touch of magic, definitely give this a read!

Huge thanks to @wattpadbooks for publishing this incredible series, and to @netgalley for providing the ARC. I can’t wait to see what happens next!

"Your Throne Volume 2" picks up right where vol 1 left off, with Medea trapped in Psyche's body and fighting a group of armed knights sent to kill her! While Medea and Psyche try to learn more about each other's lives so they can survive in each others bodies, the plot thickens when they figure out that the Prince is the once trying to kill Psyche in order to obtain her healing power.

I really like this series so far and would highly recommend it, as it's unique, action packed, and dark. The artwork is great, really detailed, fully in color, and drawn in a manga style.

The only thing that leads me to give this a 4/5 stars is that between the jumping back and forth in time and the characters having switched bodies in the present, it's very confusing at times to tell what is going on. There is no indication that you are switching back in time, so the reader has to figure it our themselves, and when you switch from present to past, the characters switch what bodies they are in, so I was left trying to decipher who's thoughts I was reading.

Overall, would definitely continue this series on to the next volume.

Thank you so much to netgalley and Wattpad WEBTOON Book Group for providing an arc in exchange for an honest review.

Book 2 did not disappoint, we got to see more of both of the girl's pasts and the screaming got on behind the scenes. Also, both girls get to walk in each other's shoes and find out information about each other that they did not know about each other. This book did not disappoint with the great story and wonderful art.
