Thank you to NetGalley and bookbuzz.net for providing an ARC copy in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own.
Subconscious reset is an interesting beginners guide to helping the reader understand more about how their brain works, different mindsets both healthy and unhealthy and how start rewiring your brain.
The book is split into 10 chapters each covering a different topic. I could see aspects of myself and my own mindsets in both the healthy and toxic mindsets. I think the advice and tips are very doable and actionable. It splits it down into easy to understand information and small steps. It gets the reader to rethink everything about their life down from their morning routine to affirmations and future planning.
I do think perhaps this could have been split down even further chapter wise. The chapters are extremely dense and sometimes get repetitive.
Overall a very interesting read. I will certainly be taking advice and tips to use in my own life.
Although this book had great information. I found it was very technical in terms of how it shared that information. However, if you're new to how the subconscious mind works, you can learn a lot.
This was a good book! There were lots of tips and advice on how to make the most of our subconscious mind, and also to help rewire our way of thinking. I think it had a lot of promise. The book was dense parts, but that was expected with this type of book.
Thank you to NetGalley, to the author, and to the publisher for this complementary ARC in exchange for my honest review!!!
Subconscious Reset is a refreshing, practical guide to tapping into the power of your mind and manifesting a life that feels fulfilling and authentic. This book breaks down complex ideas—like mindset types, cognitive exercises, and the law of attraction—into digestible steps that genuinely make sense. It covers everything from rewiring negative thoughts to creating a personal “dream life manifesto,” which I found both inspiring and actionable. I really enjoyed how easy it was to apply these insights to daily life, and the small steps added up fast to shift my mindset. It’s a great read for anyone looking to take control of their future.
Alright, so Subconscious Reset is basically like a user manual for your brain! I thought I knew all the mindset stuff out there, but this book gets you digging deeper—like RAS deep! Every page has these little “aha” moments that make you rethink everything, from your morning routine to what you believe you can achieve. If you’re ready to reset, stop “just getting by,” and start actually living your best life, pick this one up. You’re gonna be glad you did! ✨📖
