I thoroughly enjoyed reading Ben Carpenter's new book Fat Loss Habits. He has a masterful way of communicating complicated information in an engaging, accessible, and humorous manner. This book is a follow up to his previous book, Everything Fat Loss. By the way, I would strongly encourage you to read that book as well, although it is not a requirement to reading this book. This book is for everyone who is interested in learning and implementing the time-tested habits that are associated with losing fat, and is interested in the science behind why these habits are so effective.

I must share that I am a recent follower of Ben Carpenter, who I watch on Instagram and YouTube. I find his communication style to be a breath of fresh air. He tells it like it is, his content is backed by science, and is presented without extraneous information. When watching his videos or reading his book, I feel like he truly cares about people, wants to make a difference in people's lives, and is committed to helping people make the changes they want to make.

In this book. Fat Loss Habits, he covers 13 habits that are associated with fat loss. These habits are simple, yet can be a challenge to implement. With that in mind, Carpenter provides a framework for implementing habit change. I love this! He guides the reader through the process of self-auditing their habits, setting goals, and monitoring their progress. I am excited to use this book as my guide to making positive changes in my life.
