First off, thank you Sariah Wilson, NetGalley and Montlake for an advanced reader copy of this book!
I really enjoyed this book! This book is a must read for fans of the Below Deck shows or anyone who has always wondered what its like to work on a superyacht! Lucky is working as a chief stewardess on a superyacht to make enough money to open her own bakery. She is all about following the rules, but that becomes difficult when new deckhand Hunter joins the boat at the same time as a no fraternization rule is added by the new owners. While sparks fly between the two, Hunter has some secrets that could jeopardize their growing connection.
I started reading this book while on a cruise (not a superyacht unfortunately) and found it to be a great vacation read! I liked learning about live one the yacht and the dynamics between the different stewardesses and deck team. It was a light, easy read and I enjoyed seeing the relationship evolve between Lucky and Hunter.
Lucky is working on a cruise ship to achieve her goal of owning a bakery. There is just one rule no relationships between crew mates. Lucky thinks that will be easy as she has no intention of falling in love but working hard towards her dream. It may be harder than she thinks. Forbidden love in idyllic setting will whisk you away and leave you feeling refreshed.
Thank you net galley and publisher for this ARC. This was a cute and fun story and I would recommend it.
This is a 'real' love story and romantic read. It was an enjoyable read and I liked the way the characters were written. Our hero and heroine have their own hang ups as well keeping the way they are feeling secret.
It's a story that's worth reading and has a satisfying conclusion to it. I enjoyed the sisters destroy and the bakery story. I also loved the depth of the characters and they got to know each other before the romance progressed too far.
Ii I receive complimentary books for various sources including, Netgalley, Authors, and other such sources. I am not required to write a positive review and have not received compensation.
What a fun book!!!! I was sucked into this book the moment I read the first page! The premise of a love story happening on a yacht in these beautiful countries? Yes, please!! Lucky is a strong character that has had some hard things happen and she is determined to make her dream of opening a bakery come true. Hunter has a lot to prove to his parents by coming to work on this yacht. The secret he is holding could make or break his dreams as well. The chemistry when they meet is immediate and the swoony moments continue throughout the book. The side characters make this book complete and the places that are described they visit is a bonus. I love anything by Sariah Wilson and I've read everything she's written. This is another successful story!! Get ready to set sail for love!
Sariah Wilson always brings whimsy and charm to her romance books and Falling Overboard will give you all the sea fairing and wanderlust!
I always love a good vacation fling romance and this one was so sweet, fun, charming and makes you want to set sail. Lucky and Hunter had such a fun and swoony dynamic that I devoured. One thing I loved was getting to see them fall for each other despite her not wanting to and the push and pull and the forced proximity. Romance readers will eat this up! It's the perfect romance to sit by the deck or on a plane.
I was drawn to this book from the cover and description, but I found the story to be slow, awkward, and at times, kind of cringy. I think the premise is a good one, forbidden (by the captains rule) love aboard a luxury yacht sailing through the Mediterranean. Some of the banter was cute and sweet, and I did like how the author sensitively handled complex issues of ADHD and mental health, which is so important to positively reflect in our society. I would have loved to have had more description of the places they were sailing, I think it would have elevated the story. Some of the secondary characters were really annoying and immature. Overall, if you're looking for a light right with some fluff, this is a good read for you. Thank you NetGalley for the ARC.
Lucky and Hunter's chemistry is insane. I love the forbidden-ness of their relationship and it adds a steamy factor to the story for sure. I wish there was some consequence for Emilie's bad behavior but overall enjoyed the book.
Thank you NetGalley and publisher for this book!!
What a great book!! It had me hooked from page one! I couldn’t put this down. I finished it in one sitting. I enjoyed the storyline and the characters. This was a first for me by this author but it will not be my last!!
I'll be honest. I was disappointed by this book. I've always been a huge Sariah Wilson fan Maybe it was just my mood but this one dragged on. This book had more sexual content than her other books. The sexual innuendo and talk stuck out and distracted from the storyline. I loved the characters, the set-up and the puns!
I love everything this author writes!! This book was no different. Perfect pacing and the storyline was soooo good! Thanks for the ARC!

Sariah Wilson's Happy Ever Afters make my heart happy.
This one has forced proximity, forbidden romance, and so many puns. I also really like the different settings Sariah comes up with for her books and the obvious research that goes into them. This one has baking and yachts!
Recommended.
This book was super cute! I really enjoyed reading about these characters. The forbidden love element reaaaaallly spiced this book up and had me on the edge of my seat for what felt like forrrevvvverrrr (in a good way) because it is also a slow burn! I also ABSOLUTELY LOVED the representation for Anxiety and ADHD and THE PUNS!!!! Oh lord! The puns! This book was a great combo of romance, comedy and plot.
This was such a cute and fun novel that I finished it one evening!
I enjoyed so much that I couldn't put it down.. I fell in love with these characters immediately and I'm still thinking about them
Hunter made me laugh more times than one. He's such a cutie as well but no flirting or dating on board lol but will he find a way?
Lucky is certainly different nickname for a girl lol. I loved it tho. It made her different. I've never heard of a girl named Lucky.
My favorite thing about this book is that it's set on board a yacht. Quite a different setting than what I'm used to but I enjoyed it anyways.
I didn't want this book to end because it was a lot of fun to read.
Will Lucky and Hunter make a go or go their separate ways? You'll just have e to read this adventurous novel to find out!
This story will be added to my shelf of favorites. I'm giving this delightful book 5 stars for keeping me entertained. I highly recommend
My thanks for a copy of this book. I was NOT required to write a positive review All opinions expressed are mine.
I'm a sucker for any sweet story that involves a bakery and/or a boat in some capacity and this book was no disappointment. Lucky and Hunter are so sweet together and I really enjoyed watching their story unfold. This was a great lighthearted read.

Super cute! Like reading the show below deck. A good slow burn and forced proximity with forbidden romance read. Definitely will be checking more out from thus author.
I'll be honest. I was disappointed by this book. I've always been a huge Sariah Wilson fan until lately. Her books are becoming more and more full of crude and sexual innuendos. The main characters constantly talk about their physical attraction to each other, so much so that I feel it distracts from the storyline. I don't feel that I'm too much of a prude, but I was surprised and a tad shocked by some of the content. Sorry, Sariah. I'm usually a five-star kind of girl when it comes to your books, but I just can't this time.
I really enjoyed this book! It was a captivating read that held my attention from start to finish. The story was well-paced, and the characters felt real and engaging. I’m grateful to the publisher for providing an early copy—it was a pleasure to read!
This book is super, super cute. I was able to connect with the main characters and really feel their emotions. I loved the banter, and I loved the ending! I didn't expect this to be as cute as it was so I was pleasantly surprised. I also enjoyed that there was a character with anxiety and that therapy and medication were mentioned, as I think a lot of people will find that relatable. Definitely a feel good book.
This is my first book by Sariah Wilson and I don't think it'll be my last. This was a very solid, cute romance.
I am not a big fan of insta-love, but I did enjoy the forbidden romance element. The humor is a little too puny for me, but overall still fun.
Rated 3.5 stars rounded up to 4 stars. Thank you to the publisher and Netgalley for the ARC ebook.
