YOUR NIGHTMARE IS ONLY JUST BEGINNING . . New mum Lucy couldn't be more in love with her twin baby boys, but with her husband Andrew's return to long hours at work, she's left to deal with the sleepless nights alone. When her best friend Nina suggests they hire a night nanny, Lucy jumps at the opportunity much to the distaste of her overbearing mother in law! Wow some crazy twists that I did not see coming!! Great read! This book had suspense, intrigue, action, murder, mystery, gas lighting , and a great who done it with a twist! The story was interesting! I definitely recommend reading this book! Thank you NetGalley and the publisher for sharing this book with me!

This is well written and pacy, and really taps into a parent's fears. That being said, it was somewhat predictable and I saw where it was going fairly early on. I still did enjoy it overall however.

Lucy and Andrew have had twins, and are sleep deprived. They employ Evie as a night nanny, who copes well with the twins so they can catch up on sleep.
Lucy trusts Evie, until money and other goods go missing.

Switching between the past and the present, I found the book to be a little slow in the beginning.
Then the twists started. Yes, twists to make you whip your head around and wonder what the heck just happened!
I don't want to say too much, as I don't want to spoil anyone's opinion of this book, but I can see why Andrew wasn't happy about getting a night nanny.
If you want a page turner, this is the book for you.

Thanks to Netgalley and Headline for the opportunity to read this book.

Andrew and Lucy bring home twin boys from the hospital and really struggle with sleep. So they hire a night nanny to help out. It’s obvious that Evie has a secret or something as there wouldn’t be a book without that! Lucy notices things missing. Her bff Nina ends up in the hospital after she is seen arguing with Andrew. Carl tells Lucy and Nina he plans to open his own gym in competition with theirs. Carl makes some comments and Lucy starts looking into Carl, Evie and some others from their past. As secrets from their joined past come to light, Lucy finds out who she can trust and who had lied to her.

This is an intense creepy read about Lucy, a new mother and her husband, Evie is the nanny and boy... did this tale give me creepy vibes.

It is a well written read and it did not unfold as I expected it to.. With these kind of novels they are usually so predictable but I enjoyed the twists and I loved it..

I had a feeling I knew exactly where this was going, and it was just what I wanted to read.
Turns out, it wasn't what I was expecting. It was better, and I read it in one sitting on a long train journey.
It had plenty of twists to keep me happy,
I did not like our main character, who whined way too much about having babies, who actually seemed quite well behaved.
Great pacing, and some good surprises, I was very entertained by this.
Barely noticed the delay on my train.
