Be prepared: I’m going to gush. I freaking loved this book so much. It was everything I was hoping for and more. I knew it was going to be short stories about female and nonbinary athletes doing incredible things. But the stories were beyond. Whoever was in charge of sourcing the stories did such a phenomenal job of finding really diverse stories of interest. The stories in this book were about amazing athletes from all over the world, overcoming various challenges, breaking ridiculous barriers, and doing some of the most inspiring things.

My biggest problem with this book is each story was so captivating that I wanted a full-length book instead of a short story for each one! (Although I suppose that’s rather a compliment toward the book and authors.)

Women and nonbinary people are truly unbelievable, and this book from Togethxr provides example after example of just that.
