The Marriage Pact is such a wonderful book. I loved it from the beginning. It's a fun book to read. I've read all the Bontrager brother books and I think Perry's story is my favorite. I recommend this book!
I was given this book by Netgalley and was not required to leave a review.

What a joy this read was, I loved it from beginning to end, and wanted more!
Sometimes the right one has to literally break into your home, and heart, and this story does just that!
This is the the third book in this series, but it can be read alone, but all are so good!
We meet Daisy from Dover, a young women whom is visiting her cousin, and Perry, a young man who's mother is trying to find a wife for.
These two have quite a journey on their hands to find the right match, and we are there as Daisy plays hard to get, and Perry hides his secrets!
I love the older man Fermen, and maybe there will be a few more Fermen's in the community?
I received this book through Net Galley and the Publisher Zondervan, and was not required to give a positive review.

Firstly, I received a complimentary copy of this book, but Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.
I enjoyed from the beginning of this book to the end, the doubt, the hurt, the love, the everything. Sometimes, we can be blind to what's in front of us running after fake or what we think we need, not knowing we don't need it or have any use of it.
Thank you, Kathleen Fuller, for this pack story. I enjoyed it.
Ohh thank you, NetGalley, for this complimentary copy, beautiful book 📖 ❤️ 💖.

This is my first Kathleen Fuller novel and I enjoyed this book. I didn't realize it was a Book 3 in a series until after I had finished it so it certainly works as a stand-alone novel too. The Marriage Pact tells the story of Perry, a single man in his 30s and the only single sibling of his huge Amish family, which means that his mother is trying very hard to help him find a wife. Facing the same pressure to marry from her Amish family is Daisy, who believes herself in love with a local man who is very standoffish. Daisy and Perry meet and decide to pretend to be interested in each other to get their mothers to back off from them. There is more to the story but no spoilers. I found all the characters likeable and the story made me want to keep reading to find out if the two would find love with each other or with others. Suffice it to say that this story gave me the happy ending that I love so much. Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for an ARC of this novel in exchange for an honest review.

All the books I've read by this author are beautifully written and filled with heartfelt stories. This book is the final installment in the Amish of Marigold series.
Daisy is convinced that Maynard is the lifelong partner God has intended for her. However, Maynard doesn't seem to share Daisy's certainty. Concerned for her well-being, Daisy's parents, who don't view Maynard in the same light as Daisy, arrange for her to visit her cousin in another state for an extended period.
At her cousin's house, Daisy meets Perry, her cousin's neighbor. Both share their stories: Daisy's frustrations with Maynard and Perry's situation, where his mother is constantly searching for a wife for him, as he is the only unmarried sibling among many. Perry, happy being single, believes that is his destiny.
Daisy and Perry form a pact to support each other. Perry advises Daisy to play "hard to get," while Daisy agrees to be his pretend girlfriend to appease Perry's mother. Their plan has its fair share of ups and downs, as one might expect.
This is a sweet, heartwarming story filled with lovable and memorable characters.
I received a complimentary copy of this book. All comments and opinions are my own.

Daisy Hershberger and Perry Bontrager strike a deal to fend off their well-meaning but meddling families—she’ll help him avoid matchmaking efforts, and he’ll assist her in winning over the man she thinks is her perfect match. But as their pretend romance unfolds, they begin to wonder if love has been right in front of them all along. This heartwarming conclusion to The Amish of Marigold series delivers small-town charm, humor, and a sweet message about finding love by simply being yourself. A delightful read for fans of romance novels set within an Amish community. Thank you, NetGalley, for the advanced reader copy.

This was so cute and so so tender. I do think Daisy’s fixation on the alternate love interest went on a bit too long, but somehow Perry’s secret Lepidoptery is actually the cutest thing of all time.

Loved this! Fantastic characters, great plot line, mix in a little parental interference and you get a delightful read with The Marriage Pact by Kathleen Fuller.
Releases May 6th. I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.

I loved this book and the story line. I had not read the previous 2 books in the series, and felt that this was easy to read as a stand alone book without reading the previous ones in the series.
As with most of the Amish fiction books, the storylines are somewhat predictable, but that’s exactly what I needed right now. A light hearted story with a happy ending and this delivered.
Kathleen Fuller is one of my favorite authors in this genre and she does well again with this book.
It’s a tale of two people who are right for each other, working through their reasons why they are not right for each other, to find that they are. Daisy is obsessed with Maynard who doesn’t seem to know she exists, and her parents and aunt conspire to send her away in hopes that she will open her heart to other men.
Perry lives next door to the Hersbergers, and is intent on being alone. Having been burned by love once before, he won’t let himself go there again. Until Daisy shows up visiting her family next door, and they both end up taking care of an elderly man named Furman.
To get his mother off his back, and placate her mother too, they come up with a pact that they will present themselves as though they were a couple. They continue to deny their feelings for each other, and then Maynard suddenly shows up. Will the two find their way back to each other?

This is the last in the Amish of Marigold series and it does not disappoint. Daisy Hershberger and Perry Bontrager have a problem. They are single and their families are very eager for them to find a mate and settle down. Daisy thinks her chosen is Maynard and Perry just thinks he should be single because of his quirkiness. They make a pact that each helps the other to keep their families at bay. Along the way two people find that maybe they that they are more understanding of each other than guessed. Love this book, couldn't put it down.
I received a complimentely copy of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.

Five stars all the way! I’m so sad to be done with this book already! It had the best combination of fake dating, friends-to-lovers, and forced proximity—> absolutely loved every second of it!
Daisy is in love with Maynard, but he’s never shown interest in her. She decides to finally confess her feelings to him. But when her parents catch wind of her plan, they send her away to help her cousin with wedding plans. When Daisy arrives, she quickly realizes there's more to her visit than she expected. In Marigold, she meets her neighbor Perry. Daisy and Perry team up to help a family friend recover from an injury. As they become closer, they come up with the idea of fake dating. Daisy to get her mother off her back about Maynard, and Perry to make his mom stop trying to set him up. But as they spend more time together and pretend to date in front of family, the forced proximity leads to unexpected emotions. Their plan starts to work a little too well, and soon, hearts are at stake. Perry starts to pull away to avoid confusing his own feelings, and Daisy, who’s still in love with Maynard, finds herself questioning her attraction to Perry... Daisy always believed Maynard was who God chose for her, but was she wrong? Was Perry meant to be more than her friend?
Honestly, even if you’ve never read an Amish novel before, this is THE ONE to try! It’s that good!!! 10 stars! I need it in print ASAP! Hmm... should I read more books from this series?!
I received a complimentary copy of this book. This review reflects my honest opinion.

The Marriage Pact by Kathleen Fuller is a book based on the Amish way of life. Daisy believes she is in love with Maynard, to the point of obsession. Maynard, on the other hand, seems bored and sometimes irritated by her, but she is determined to make this relationship work no matter what, for she believes that it's God's will for them to get married. Her parents have spotted their daughter's problem, and they know that they have to do something for the well-being of their daughter, so they decide to send her away to her aunt's home. And that is where she met Perry, young man who has decided to stay single for the rest of his life. But his mother is determined to find him a wife. They have several encounters, and none of them see any future between them, other than friendship. To know what becomes of this friendship, read this book, The Marriage Pact, by Kathleen Fuller.
I like the simple but sweet story that the author has put together. The story may not be steamy, but readers will enjoy the story immensely. I also like the personalities of the main characters in the book, down-to-earth but stubborn at the same time. Additionally, I like the other characters, especially Ferman; the way he is unable to mind his own business is quite hilarious.
In my opinion, the theme of the book did not fit well. Also, although I like Perry, I did not like the way he seems weird, being one of the main characters.
I rate this book, The Marriage Pact, by Kathleen Fuller, 3 out of 5 stars.
I recommend it to those readers who like simple but sweet stories based on the Amish way of life. It is a book that will open the readers' eyes and make them ponder about those in their lives and their worth.

Loved reading tthe inspirational and entertaining story. When Daisy's parents send her to her cousin's house too help with wedding plans, Daisy doesn't want to leave Maynard especially since she hasn't had the talk with him, she arrives and no one's home, so she goes next door, the doorknob falls off, she goes to leave a note, but Perry comes home to find her in his house. Read the highly recommended, wonderfully written, and a must read engaging story.

This is the first book I've ever read by Kathleen Fuller. After reading this book, I will be looking for some of her other books to read as well. She is a good author and a good story-teller.
This book is about Perry & Daisy. I love how Kathleen makes us care about each of the characters. I really liked Perry from the first page when his brothers were talking about him. The concern his brother's had over Perry's soon to be "peck of trouble" made me want to find out what was going to happen. On the other hand, as Daisy's first scene came into view, it took a little longer to warm up to her. She isn't as likeable from the first page, but I don't want to give anything away by saying more.
I do recommend this book. It was a good read, and the story ends well.

The Marriage Pact is an entertaining Amish romance. I throughly enjoyed the plot and the character dynamics. A pretend romance to an actual one that surprises the couple. I received an advance ebook from the publisher and Netgalley. This is my unbiased review

I've read Kathleen Fuller's Maple Fall series and really enjoyed it so when I had the opportunity to read my first Fuller Amish book I decided to give it a try.
The Marriage Pack was an entertaining book. I love the way the author adds humor and wit to her stories. Perry and Daisy were quirky and fun, although why Daisy insisted on hanging on to Maynard being "the one" was beyond me. I loved that Perry and Daisy didn't have to change or try to be someone they weren't to be accepted and the way Daisy encouraged Perry in his hobby. The other characters in the book were as quirky and interesting as the two main characters, but Ferman was especially endearing as the grumpy, lonely and needy senior.
The Marriage Pact was third in the Marigold series, but I had no problem reading it as a standalone. I recommend The Marriage Pact as a charming story with a lot of heart. I'll be reading some of Fuller's other stories while waiting for her next release. I appreciate Zondervan Publishers, via Netgalley making a copy available for review. All thoughts and opinions are my very own.

I enjoyed this read. It is a fun fluffy Amish romance book. Perfect if you just want to read something lighthearted. Was it predictable? Yes. Was it nice to see how the rest of the family grows? Yes. I look forward to reading the second book in the series and more if there will be!
Thank you to NetGalley and Kathleen Fuller for allowing me to read this book!

The Marriage Pact is the third in An Amish Marigold Series by Kathleen Fuller. I loved this series. Daisy Hershberger, who lived in Dover, Delaware, fancies herself in love with Maynard Miller. I found myself saying he doesn’t like you…what in the world.. he is so not interested. Couldn’t for the life of me understand her infatuation when he gave zero encouragement. Her parents thought the same and sent her to Marigold Ohio to help her cousin plan her wedding. There she meets Perry Bontrager who is a Ferrier, keeps to himself, loves butterflies and is single to his mother’s dismay. Grumpy Ferman Eash needs a new hip and when he falls and moves in with Perry so he can heal, Daisy offers assistance. Let the matchmaking begin.
Thank you HarperCollins Christian Publishing, Zondervan Fiction, The author Kathleen Fuller for the Arc read. This is my honest review.

Oh, how I loved this book! I literally devoured the entire thing in a single sitting. I love Amish romance, and this didn’t disappoint.
The characters were believable and the romance between them sweet and genuine.
Thank you to NetGalley for a copy of this ARC in return for my honest review.

What a sweet Amish romance. Daisy’s parents send her to visit her cousin in hopes that she will realize the man she thinks she is in love with might not share her feelings. The neighbor she meets is known to keep to himself. That is until an old widower is suffering an injury and the two spend extra time together. Such a fun read from an amazing author.
