I have a lisp and stutter, and try to evaluate children’s books based on how easy they would be able to read them if they have the same disabilities. These rhymes were very fun, and overall, they were easy to say without stuttering I think kids will enjoy how silly this book is,

In a world with Edward Lear and many others in, why bother with these pages? They feature verses that have as much of a word-count as a limerick, and insist on thrusting as many internal rhymes into things as possible, with the result of really quite artless and pleasure-free verses. Yes, many pages have an image and a factoid to go with one of the poems, but they're not great.

I was given an extract of this book to read ahead of the publication day and it was a fun book!

I would have liked to have read the full book to give a more accurate review, but what I did read was fun and there was some great facts added to the pages too, which go along with the rhymes.

The images in the book were great and a nice touch - they are needed to add more to the book. Would have liked the rhymes to rhyme more as my daughter prefers them too.

It is 3.5 stars from me for this one, rounded up to 4 stars for Goodreads and Amazon

Fun book! Generally, I thought that this book was well-written and I enjoyed reading all of the fun facts scattered throughout the book. However, there is one thing that I could have gone without. The thing that I think should be done away with is the random "Ha!" or "Teehee!" on some pages. I understand what the author was going for with these, but I think that they almost make the rhymes *less* funny. That being said, all of the rhymes will have little ones rolling on the floor laughing. These rhymes are definitely age-appropriate and will be hilarious to kids. It's great for kids to have genuinely comedic books such as these, as it will likely inspire them to be creative with their own writing. Lastly, the fun facts also give this book some educational value. Kids will walk away from this book feeling joyful and knowing a thing or two more than they did before reading.

I wish there were more rhymes; they were fun with interesting stories. But my favorite part of the book was the interesting facts, which were interesting, and which were accompanied by gorgeous photos. Thanks to NetGalley for letting me read this

This was such a cute selection of rhymes. Kids will love this. Also, the illustrations were beautiful.
