Excellent entry in the Clancyverse. Shadow State was fantastic, but Line of Demarcation kicks it up another notch. Fast paced and authentic, close to reality plot coupled with Woodward’s knowledge of the clandestine world make for an excellent JRJ adventure.

An action-packed hardcore Tom Clancy worthy geopolitical thriller with great pacing and cinematic depth. M.P Woodward does a terrific job at amping up the stakes while connecting the series through the years.

A bit long, but this is another winner in the Jack Ryan series. You don't need prior familiarity with the series, but it might help strengthen your enjoyment of the book. As always the plot is strong -- it really holds together well and feels carefully planned -- and the action is high adrenaline. I flew through this one. Highly recommended for fans of thrillers.

The 13th Jack Ryan, Jr by M.P. Woodward, continues the thriller action series imagined by Tom Clancy so many years ago. Woodward continues his excellent execution of the Clancy characters while adding in a new supporting cast to move the story forward. The usual suspects, Pres. Ryan, Foley, Clark, Ding all join into the mix as Jack Ryan, Jr tries to stay legit and trouble comes calling.

Line of Demarcation is set in the Caribbean and Venezuela with the Russians trying to establish their dominance and bring down the good ole USA. Jack, being Jack, finds himself right in the middle of the fight without even knowing it. And true to form, he fights his way out as the Campus gets involved to bring peace to the situation. If you like drug lords, Russians, communism and the good guys battling to take them down,, you are going to love this book. I am a fan of M.P. Woodward and look forward to the next installment of Jack Ryan, Jr.

this was a strong thirteenth book in the Jack Ryan Jr series, it had that element that I was looking for and enjoyed getting to read this. The characters continued to feel like they belonged in this story and was engaged with the tense atmosphere that I was looking for. M.P. Woodward wrote this well and left me wanting to read more.

The story flowed well and the characters were well developed. I recommend this book and look forward to more from this author.
