AFTER RELEASE ALC REVIEW:
From NetGalley

AXE’S AND O’S follows Fox and Morgan who are married, they are open to new sexual experiences together and Morgan lets Fox be true to himself liking both men and women. When Nate finds himself stranded in the snow he ends up getting comfort from Fox and Morgan, In more ways than one. This story is dirty and I was here for that, I enjoyed the spice and the openness to each one of them, being free in themselves to experience new things.
Grayson Owens, Stella Hunter, and Stephen Dexter narrated in duet and make this audio even steamier.
If you’re looking for a HOT and SPICY audiobook to get you in the holiday mood, listen today. .

A wonderfully balanced MMF holiday romance that will get you into the holiday spirit. All three narrators did phenomenal in portraying the emotions and vulnerability of this married couple and their missing piece. You’re instantly transported to their little cabin and the emotional journey will have you swooning, crying and blushing.

Wham bam thank you ma’am (Kayla) and all the innuendos in between. Wowwwwy wow, say that again three times. One for Nathan, one for Morgan, and another for Fox. What a trio 🥵 I’m definitely coming back for more… so so sooooo much more.

The second I heard chapter one I knew I was going to lovvvvve this! I was invested the whole book. The narrators were perfect in every way. I read the book before the audio and let me tell you the narrators knew what they were doing.

This was a SPICY 🥵🔥 fun holiday read. Nathan crashes his car and gets stuck in the snow. He's this rescued by a couple and wakes up to quite the surprise. The plot is the first 20ish % then the rest is just a heck of a good smutty time. They happen to be snowed in FOR DAYS.

Thank you for this ALC netgalley and Kayla!

Oh, this one is a gem! I’ve loved every single one of Kayla’s books, but I think this one might just take the crown. As always, we’ve got a beautiful plus-size FMC, which I love.

Nathan, who works in marketing, is seriously in need of a break. His boss has been pushing him too hard and tries to keep him at work when he should be heading home for the holidays. In a snap decision, he quits his job on the spot. But because he left later than planned, he gets caught in a blizzard on his drive to see his family. Almost there, he ends up stuck in a snowbank. Luckily, Morgan and Fox, a married couple who own a lumber business in the mountains, rescue him. Snowed in together at their cabin, things get interesting. Nathan wakes up confused and wanders in on the couple… in the middle of something very private. Now, what’s going to happen? Can they pretend nothing happened, or will they act on the undeniable attraction between all three of them? And what will happen when Nathan can finally leave?

This story had me hooked from the start. I tore through it and couldn’t put it down—I just had to know how it all played out!

Most recently I listened to the audiobook and it's amazing! Performed in dual narration by Stella Hunter, Stephen Dexter and Grayson Owens. These three were fantastic! All of them embodied their characters. Stella captured Morgan's sweetness. Stephen exuded Fox's grumpiness with his deep, gruff tone. Grayson captured Nathan's anxiety after the accident, as well as the thrill and curiosity he experienced being with Fox and Morgan. If you're looking for a fun and spicy listen. Check this audiobook out!

5 stars!

Oh my GOD, what a book! I have read several stories by Kayla Grosse, but "Axes and O's" might be my favorite. It is not your ordinary love story, but my goodness, did I enjoy it. It's a forced proximity, snowed-in Christmas tale with a lot of self-discovery and exploration, truth and honesty, games and meaningful conversations. This book is cheeky, deceptively deep, very funny, saucy, and very, Very, VERY spicy. Even *I* blushed while reading this one, and it takes a lot to make me blush. Morgan, Fox, and Nate are wonderful characters. They are brimming with love, desire, and acceptance, and they each have impeccable chemistry with one another. There was never any doubt in my mind about the love these characters had for one another. I literally could not stop reading this book, and I even re-read it once I finished it the first time. Seriously, this might be one of the best audiobooks I have ever listened to. Grayson Owens, Stella Hunter, and Stephen Dexter are absolutely FANTASTIC narrators here. They all complement each other so well, weaving the story in and out with expert precision. They completely and wholly embody the characters in this book. The editing of the audio is also exquisite! Just stellar work all around. I will for sure be listening to this multiple times!

Thank you to NetGalley, Kayla Grosse, Dreamscape Select, and Fat Babe Publishing, INC for the complimentary ALC of this book. All opinions are my own. I was not compensated

Wow, this was a spectacularly produced audiobook!

We get three narrators, who all embody their characters so well! It was such an entertaining listen, I really enjoyed the different vocal textures - I don’t want to spoil anything, but you can really hear each character develop through this high heat spicy story, with plenty of snark and humour.

Axes & O's is not my usual genre with a MMF throuple but boy did I enjoy it.

Our lumber snacks Morgan & Fox rescue our Wolf Nate after a car accident during a snowstorm. They take him back to their cabin to recuperate and then that's when the sparks start flying!

Everyone is stranded in a snowed in cabin during the holidays but the spicy scenes and the character development/awakening within these parameters was perfect. I liked the focus on the relationship between the three and how they dealt with their insecurities and finding a way to navigate their new dynamic that works for each of them. The spicy scenes were spaced out well in the book and fit in with the overall pacing. As their relationship progressed, so did the spicy scenes ...starting off rather mild and working up to that extra spicy! Fantastic!

Watching Fox, Morgan and Nate come together in their relationship was enjoyable and sweet and most definitely hot AF. I have to say that Grayson Owens, Stella Hunter, Stephen Dexter were fabulous as our Nate/Morgan/Fox. I was totally engrossed in how they portrayed their characters and I loved this audio.

There's just a smattering of Christmas in this one, but I think it was enough to blend into this story :)

I loved this book a lot. Want a spicy holiday read? Pick this one!

📚Story review📚
This one delivered all of the Ho’s for the holidays and was a great mix of festive coziness and sizzling high heat. When a buttoned up businessman finds himself rescued and then snowed in with a logger husband and wife duo just before Christmas, sparks fly, and so do alllll of boundaries. What starts as hospitality turns into a steamy holiday adventure featuring a sauna scene, kink play, and a heartfelt bi-awakening to name just a few, with all the snowed in spice you could want. I enjoyed it!

These three roasted all the chestnuts on the open fire in this audio! Stella delivered all of the sweet, sultry, sassy, and nurturing vibes of Morgan and brought the story to life. Stephen’s performance of the hulky stoic and guarded lumber jack Fox was exactly what I envisioned for the role and painted a great picture of the character in my mind. And Greyson? I thought he did an excellent job of showing Nathan’s guarded thoughts and feelings, as well as his hesitation in jumping into the sleigh. Overall I thought this audio was well done!

Immediately upon discovering this book existed I was on board. And it was a fun romp. There wasn't a lot of plot. The plot is literally; dude hates his life and quits his job on the fly the night he's supposed to drive to his sister's mountain home in a snowstorm. When that inevitably goes poorly he's rescued by a polyamorous married couple of two hot loggers. The rest of the book is basically just spice interspersed with them trying to figure out if they can make this a full time relationship. It was cute and very spicy. But there really wasn't much plot. There was a point where I got a little bored. But overall this was pretty enjoyable.

When Nathan quits his job on an impulse and leaves town to go see his family for Christmas, he definitely wasn't counting on crashing his car in the woods and being rescued by Morgan and Fox Malone. He's now stranded and snowed in with these gorgeous strangers who seem to be eyeing him like he is candy...and strangely, he's getting all sorts of new and exciting feelings around them. An offer for shelter ends up becoming something that could finally give Nathan what was missing in his life and that could never put a finger on it. Christmas will never be the same.

What a way to start getting into the holiday season! I loved this unconventional love story and I was surprised not by the spice but how sweet it was too! You'll need a fan while you have a jolly good time falling in love with the fox, the lamb and the wolf.

The audiobook is narrated dual style by Stella Hunter, Stephen Dexter and Grayson Owens and what perfect casting this was! Stella is perfect as Morgan, a passionate but kinda cheeky logger/tattoo artist. Stephen's voice matches Fox, the lumberjack equivalent of a Norse god. He is commanding and vulnerable at the same time. Grayson gives you a wonderful Nathan - someone who's equally scared, befuddled and delighted to finally find the piece of the puzzle that was missing in his true self. All amazing performances!

I really had fun with this one! Don't clutch your pearls and give this throuple a chance. You'll fall in love with them too.

Thanks, NetGalleyt and Dreamscape for the ALC.

Content notes: this book is high heat, so be prepared for it (detailed content can be found on the author's notes). It also deals with PTSD. There are mentions of being deployed and hurt in action and also living in the foster system.

Hey oh! A lumbersnack romance indeed! 🔥🔥

I went in not knowing what this book was about and it was an enjoyable surprise! A MMF throuple love story.

After Nate quits his job he heads up the mountain to join his sister at her cabin for Christmas. On his way up he drifts off the road and almost dies from the cold but Morgan and Fox (a lumberjack couple) find him and take him home to warm him up.Will they be what is missing in his life???

I liked that this was super spicy but really delve into the emotions and trauma of the characters that made them relatable and endearing.

Thanks to netgalley and Dreamscape select for an alc

Okay Kayla please give me more. I am not ready to let this couple go. They are so cute together and they know how to communicate. I love the SPICE and the story too. Overall this was a must read book!

This was so cute even if it made me cringe a little this was one of my favourite things to listen to. The only downside was that I accidentally blasted this in the middle of lecture when trying to check my notifications other than that, it was amazing and made driving actually fun. I did want to smack fox though multiple times.

Another spicy holiday read from Kayla!!
Fox and Morgan are a married couple, they own a logging business in the mountains and live in a remote cabin. You get the feeling where this is going?

In comes Nathan who gets stuck in the snow and is rescued by Fox and Morgan. They invite him to their cabin to warm up!! It was defiantly warm, hot, spicy. 🥵 🔥Fox, Nathan, and Morgan has so much instant chemistry and love.

🎧Narrated by Grayson Owens, Stella Hunter, and Stephen Dexter. I love these three together and their voices really brought Fox, Nathan and Morgan’s characters to life. It’s a spicy audiobook and such a treat for your ears.

Here’s a teaser quote to get you started:
“While it seems insane that my fate would be to crash into a snowbank three days before Christmas and be rescued by polyamorous loggers, here I am.”

The dedication had me laughing.
“This book is dedicated to anyone who’s ever looked at a person in flannel holding an axe and said ‘yeah, I’d let them split me in half’”

Every single star for this super spicy and k1nky MMF snowed-in holiday novella. Axes and O’s is my new favorite book by this author and my favorite holiday read of the year so far! It was a fantastic listen!

Nathan was on his way to visit his family in the mountains when has a car crash. Married couple, Morgan and Fox, find him while engaging in some primal play while out looking for their Christmas tree. They bring him home to help him and they end up snowed-in together.

Nathan has been feeling pretty unsatisfied with his life and has quit his job. He was in a vulnerable and chaotic emotional state even before the accident. He is looking to find himself and this book gives him a double sexual awakening. I loved how open he was to trying new things in his journey of self discovery. Morgan was a supportive and switchy goddess. She was the glue that held everyone together. However, Fox was my favorite. I love a big tatted lumberjack, who is grumpy with a filthy mouth and a tragic backstory. Morgan is a lucky lady!

The spice was absolutely spicing in this audiobook. It was sooo hot. Morgan and Fox engage in a BD$M lifestyle. These three really have a creative and fun time during their time trapped in the house. I also love that there is a heavy emphasis on both consent and communication.

The book is told in duet narration by Grayson Owens (Nathan), Stella Hunter (Morgan), and Stephen Dexter (Fox), who all did a great job with the characters. Grayson Owens did a great job with Nathan’s more vulnerable moments, and I loved the deep and gruff voice Stephen Dexter used for Fox. It was very commanding.

I highly recommend this for a freaky, fun and festive holiday read or listen!

WOOOAH! THIS BOOK IS HOTTTT!! And begins with a bang! 😉 I loved every second of this book. From the spice to the tender vulnerable moments. This was my first Kayla Grosse book and I'm so hooked now! I'm so excited to go back and read her back log!

Fox and Morgan are childhood sweethearts married young living life in a peaceful small town. These two were so hot. Instantly you felt the chemistry between them. But as spicy as the scenes were between them, the tender scenes stole my heart! Morgan's ability to read Fox, her broody quiet man, and know exactly what he needs! And the way Fox was so sweet with her, willing to do anything to make her happy! And their nicknames!!! Kayla really leaned into them and it was so perfectly done.

Fox and Morgan weren't exactly looking to bring someone into their relationship, but fate brought Nathan to them. And the way the relationship unfolded between these three had me so hooked. I loved this book! And I was kinda appreciative when I saw how long it was and heard what it was about. But MY GOSH, I wasn't bored a single second listening to it. In fact I couldn't put it down and finished it in less than a day! Kayla nailed this snowed-in MMF! Nathan was the perfect addition to their relationship. He brought balance all three of them needed.

It must be mentioned.... the primal play in this book was fantastic!!! HOT HOT HOT!!

🎧AUDIOBOOK REVIEW🎧
Narrated by Stella Hunter, Grayson Owens, and Stephen Dexter

Ahhh! I loved these three! They did such a fantastic job. The second that I found out they were the ones playing Fox, Nathan, and Morgan I knew I had to listen to this! Stella did such an incredible job playing Morgan. Playful, dominating, gentle, and witty, Stella brought out every side of Morgan perfectly. Grayson played Nathan. And holy hell, I loved every second. The way he brought out the way Nathan was waring with his feelings for these two and then how he just leaned into it. I ate it up!!! There couldn't have been a better Fox, Stephen with his deep voice was so perfect for Fox's commanding personality. But the way he brought out Fox's tender side was my absolute favorite! I HIGHLY recommend listening to this book! These three were perfect!
