I got this as an arc on Netgalley and it has since come out. I really wanted to like it but the writing just wasn't for me. But please don't let it stop you for trying, you might like it and the world needs more trans stories.

Beyond Aurora is a captivating blend of adventure and self-discovery, following Sinclair as he journeys beyond the limits of this world—and his own struggles. His encounters with the mystical being Moonstone open doors to unimaginable realms, bringing him face-to-face with vampires, aliens, and even gods. Each page kept me riveted as Sinclair's story touched on themes of identity and courage in the most unexpected ways. I loved how the book pulled me into its wild, imaginative landscapes, where every twist brought new surprises and kept me wondering what Sinclair would face next.

Whoa, buckle up because Beyond Aurora is a whole intergalactic ride! Sinclair’s life is all stress and struggle—until he meets Moonstone, a sparkly light-being who yanks him straight out of reality and into a galaxy of pure chaos. We’re talking vampires, aliens, witches, and yes, even a child soldier thrown into the mix (did NOT see that coming!). Sinclair's journey is a rollercoaster through worlds beyond imagination, and it’s as trippy as it is touching. Seriously, if you’re ready to blast off into a totally epic cosmic adventure with heart and humor, this book is calling your name! 🌌💫

I really enjoyed this as a scifi novel, it had that young adult element that I was looking for. I enjoyed the overall feel of the plot and how it worked in this world. It was great getting into this world and characters. I enjoyed the way Zela Starlight wrote this and can't wait for more.
