This workbook changed my life. I know it sounds dramatic, but I received it just when I needed it. I love the practicality of it (it’s a workbook, duh). I worked through it while I read The Sacred Romance book and man, what a powerful tool to grow in your walk with Jesus. I’ve recommended it to all my friends! My favorite part was the additions of the windows… the movie scores, books, movies, and other works to experience and to really feel in the depths of my heart. John Eldrege is a genius.

A fantastic companion to The Sacred Romance. If you didn’t slow down and take the time to read the introduction, you absolutely should, it makes it all the much more meaningful. Definitely recommend.

No one else I've ever read makes a relationship with Jesus seem like a poetic experience with the Divine. Read the Sacred Romance so many years ago when it was first published and was fortunate to do a retreat with John in Colorado. He makes a relationship with God an adventure. A great addition to his anthology.

This workbook is an excellent companion to 'The Sacred Romance'! Each chapter has a space for the reader to jot down initial thoughts, follow guided prayers, review a summary of key points, meditate on helpful quotes from external resources, and thoroughly examine how the content impacted them through probing questions.
