BLOG TOUR REVIEW
Review for 'Forever Love At Wildflower Lock' by Hannah Lynn.
This book has fantastic descriptions that set you straight in the scenes. The cover, title and synopsis suit the storyline perfectly. This is the fourth and final book in Hannah's 'The Wildflower Lock' series but each book can be read as a standalone.
OMG!!! I absolutely LOVED this gorgeous book in this absolutely stunning series!! I fell in love with the characters and just everything in the first book in the beautiful 'The Wildflower Lock' series which was called 'New Beginnings At Wildflower Lock' and later books in this series after and was landed when this book came out! Although this is the fourth and final book in 'The Wildflower Lock' series it can be read in order of the series or as a standalone. I would, personally recommend you read at least one before this one as this is the final book but if you cannot wait then there is a silver lining to reading later books in a series first and that is that when you have finished it and fallen in love with the characters you can then go back and meet them all from the beginning! I have read the first and third books in this series but not had time to read the second book yet which is called 'Coffee And Cake At Wildflower Lock' but I had no problems at all reading this one without having read the second one previously. I can promise you, whether you start with this book or the first book in this absolutely gorgeous series you will not be disappointed!! Hannah is one of those authors that can write book after book featuring the same characters and I will never get bored, especially as they have now come to feel like friends. The only negative thing I can say is that apart from them living on in my mind and the story coming to life when I read it is that these fantastic characters only actually live on paper as I am devastated every time I have to say Goodbye to them!! I was even more devastated this time being as it is the final book in this series but as I have previously mentioned there is a positive and that is I can now go back and read 'Coffee And Cake At Wildflower Lock' so it is not quite the final Goodbye to the characters quite yet for me! The final storyline in this beautiful series is beautiful and is ram packed with friendship, romance, travelling, family,, water, family, locks, cake, stunning scenery, fun and is an absolutely stunning escapism read!!! This final book does have Daisy questioning her future with Theo after her horrid meeting with his just as horrid parents plus from her Mum's experiences. Will this book see the end of Daisy and Theo or will they ignore the questioning of others and they make their own future? I will let you find out for yourselves and I can guarantee that you will love it as much as I did. This is one of those books that are very easy to read and perfect for any reading situations whether you are laying on a beach or curled up in front of a fire. Regardless of what time of year it is or where you are reading it Hannah will whisk you off to Wildflower Lock along with other destinations and will put you in the middle of the lives of Daisy May and Theo at the turn of a page. It is an absolutely ideal read for anyone who is looking for a gorgeous and relaxing read that will have you hooked from beginning to end. I absolutely LOVED the realism of this storyline which made it so easy to picture everything that was going on which had been helped by Hannah's fantastic evocative writing skills. I cannot wait to get hooked into more of Hannah's books so I hope she is busy writing her next one while I get stuck into the second book in this stunning series!! This is definitely one of those books that will turn a frown upside down and make life seem a lot brighter. Grab your copy today and fall in love with 'The Wildflower Lock' series today!!!
Well done Hannah on yet another absolutely stunning and perfect addition to a gorgeous series!!!
Although this is the fourth and final book in the series I would have had absolutely no problems reading it without any of the others. Any details or events that have previously happened are mentioned in just the right amount of detail to let a new reader know what has happened and yet not too much to bore a previous reader.
The characters were all an eclectic mix and each one of them were realistic and strong. I was completely invested in them all. It also makes them more realistic, believable and made me feel even more for them than I normally would. I loved meeting them all again in this book after falling in love with them in book one in this series after they very quickly became to feel like friends. The fact that Hannah clearly cares about her characters is obvious in her evocative and emotive descriptions and in depth characterisation and personalisation of each and every single one of them. She really has managed to create an amazing selection of characters, each with their own personalities, strengths and weaknesses that I absolutely love meeting time and time again so a MASSIVE thank you Hannah for each and every one of your amazing characters in not only this series but also in your stunning 'The Holly Berry Sweet Shop' series too, which is another stunning series by this amazing author that I would also highly recommend! Each of the characters are memorable and unique in their own ways and they are a group that I wont ever be forgetting any time soon! I cannot wait to meet them all again in book two!!!
Pick up this book and get lost in this absolutely gorgeous page turner!
Congratulations Hannah on an yet another absolutely stunning read that I just could not put down!!! I would absolutely love to see this series turned into movies!!! This is the exact reason you are on my favourite author list and here's to your next success 🥂
Overall an unputdownable, gorgeous, STUNNING page turning book filled with family, romance, fun, doubts, hope, friendship and so much more!! A perfectly relaxing and stunning unique read!!!!

I do love a good Hannah Lynn books and this one didn't disappoint. A great addition to the Wildflower Lock series of which I have enjoyed every moment. This book is delightful, it is heart-warming, it is charming, it is all that you want from a book. Easy to read, wonderful characters and a cosy book to snuggle up with.
A great writer who takes you on a journey, makes you smile and gives you teh warm fuzzies! I do look forward to seeing what comes next from Hannah Lynn.
Thank you NetGalley and Boldwood Books for giving me the opportunity to read and review this book.
In Forever Love at Wildflower Lock, the fourth and final installment in the Wildflower Lock series, Daisy is certain she and Theo are meant to be together forever. However, as challenges arise and her insecurities deepen, she begins to question their future. The story explores their tumultuous relationship and whether love can overcome personal doubts and miscommunications. While the book offers a satisfying conclusion for fans of the series, Daisy’s impulsive decisions and lack of context for new readers may hinder emotional connection. Despite its flaws, it’s a quick read with an engaging “will-they-won’t-they” dynamic.

Theo's mother was just... no. Just no.
Maybe I'll come back to it at some point, but I don't know.
Thank you to Netgalley and Boldwood Books for the arc.
This was a nice round up of the series, I do think it has come to a natural end, I have enjoyed them and I would recommend you read them in order so you have the full back story
It was so nice being back with these characters - I really enjoyed getting to see them again, and I absolutely adored this ending. I also must say that I absolutely love Hannah's writing! It's so beautiful and well done - the characters are so well defined and there is so much reality in this story that it's just the best.
Thank you so much to NetGalley, and Boldwood Books for this arc in exchange for my honest review!
Thoroughly enjoyed revisiting Wildflower Lock. I love taking walks by canals & have even holidayed on a canal boat, so this book was a must read, especially after having enjoyed the previous one in the series. This was again another wonderful read, even if the main character did exasperate me at times. Hope there's another instalment soon.
Thanks to the Publishers and Netgalley for an early review copy.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book.
After Theo takes Daisy to meet his parents, their relationship takes a different path and that is because Daisy starts to think about the long term and what they each want from the relationship.
This is possibly due to both of their upbringing where they’ve found it hard to trust people, and also because Daisy’s Mum has told her so many different things, and she may be partly to blame for what happens between Theo and Daisy too.
Her friends try to show her a different side to what she thinks as well as support her.
The last book in this series, which I’ve loved reading. But, it would be lovely to come back to Wildflower Lock to see how Theo and Daisy’s lives have continued as well as her friends lives.
I thoroughly recommend this book.
Oh being back on wildflower lock is just gorgeous. I think I'm destined to live on a narrow boat, I feel so at home when reading these books.
There were so many moments I wanted to shake daisy and slap her with a wet fish, make her see sense and her journey is inspiring.
I'm desperate to know if there will be another instalment from Wildflower Lock.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pleasant read, the series was new to me but some of the dilemmas and insecurities are ubiquitous and the author explored them pretty well. Cute easy read.
Another cute story about Wildflower Lock. I would recommend reading the others first so you know the whole story. A good read, Daisy has great friends but lets her mum's opinions influence her.
A will they won’t they conclusion to the Wildflower Lock series. Frustrating at times with the antics of Theo and Daisy with the latter allowing others to rule her. Ann easy and pleasant read
Sweet and unassuming this was nice to catch up with the inhabitants of the lock and Theo, Johnny and Daisy. It was a quick read and I enjoyed it a lot. Glad that Daisy stood up for herself once and for all to her Mum. Thank you NetGalley for this arc in exchange of an honest review.
I haven’t read the prequels to Forever at Wildflower Lock but that didn’t seem to matter as previous events were touched on in such a way that as a reader I understood what had happened in the past . Good characters , good storytelling, I just wanted to give Daisy a good shake ! Recommended.
This is Book 4 in this series, I’ve not read the others, but I think you need to as it jumps right into the story about characters I had no idea about. I started off liking the story, but Daisy became irritated to me, she’s whiny, never happy when she’s got lovely Theo hanging onto her. Maybe I’d have liked it better if I had read the previous books.
Thanks to Netgalley and the publishers for a copy.
This is one of those books where you really need to read the previous ones in the series to appreciate this one. Daisy and Theo are happily settled in their relationship until he pops the question when things go awry.
I did struggle with Daisy and some of her decisions and felt for Theo, however as the story progresses you begin to understand her hesitation. She's always had a difficult relationship with her mother, and his parents (spoiler alert) sound horrendous. Fortunately she has friends in Bex and Claire to help her, but a happy ending isn't foregone conclusion. I'm sad to see the end of this series, but it opens the prospect of new ones from this author for me to enjoy.
I received an advance copy of this book from the publisher through Netgalley, however this did not influence my review of the book.
I had high hopes for *Forever Love at Wildflower Lock* by Hannah Lynn, as I was eager to immerse myself in what I believed would be a captivating story. While I did find enjoyment in certain aspects of the book, I encountered significant issues with the characters that ultimately affected my overall experience.
One of my primary concerns was with Daisy, her decisions and actions throughout the story struck me as unrealistic and often frustrating, which made it challenging for me to connect with her on a deeper level. I found myself questioning her motives and choices, as they seemed impulsive and lacking in maturity.
Additionally, I was unaware that this book was part of a series until a few chapters in. As I progressed, I realized that I was missing some vital backstory that might have provided better context for the characters' actions and relationships. Had I read the earlier instalments, it’s possible I would have gained a greater understanding of Daisy and the other characters, enhancing my connection to the story. Instead, I was left feeling somewhat lost and disconnected.
Overall, while there were elements of the story that I appreciated, Daisy's immaturity and the lack of context for her character ultimately detracted from my enjoyment of the book.
I loved getting back to Wildflower Lock and catch up with all the characters at the canal boat cafe. I enjoyed this one a lot it was such a a refreshing read. Looking forward to more soon. My thanks to Netgalley and the publishers for giving me the opportunity to read this book in return for an honest review.
I enjoyed the book, which an easy and cute read. This book describes how life is like when you get engaged and the arguments, stress and difficult decisions that come with getting engaged. I found it slow at times but still enjoyable. I loved all the characters and the setting of the canal. This book really showed that all that matters in the end is true love and not having the stress and financial worry of a massive wedding.
Would I recommend ~ yes
Thank you Netgalley for an advanced copy of this book, all opinions expressed are my own .
I was really looking forward to revisiting Daisy and Theo at Wildflower Lock but found it a bit disappointing. It started really well but I just became really frustrated with Daisy as she came across as really immature. A decent read but be prepared to find the characters not as well rounded as they could be.
