The basic CLEANSE in the first part of the book is life changing! And not only for connecting with Spirit but for connecting with yourself! I did find a few chapters to be a little bit challenging to get through but keep reading! Chapter Four on your Spirit Team was very enlightening! This book has so many ways to help connect with Spirit. Part 3 the 7777 Pathway takes CLEANSE further with the different chakra & Archangel practices. Awesome!

Written in an immensely readable style, this book presents ideas on how connect with spirit and use your connections to deepen your intuition and, in turn, live a richer life. I have not yet done the exercises included in this book so I cant yet attest to how well they work but its a fascinating read that I hope to be able to implement in my own life.
