This was fun! I especially like recipes and playlists. I wish there were more of these Book Club Guides.

This is my first book club kit and wow am I’m impressed. The questions were wonderful and really make of think, plus it was so interesting to see the others opinions regarding the questions. The bookmarks were adorable. By far the Mexican hot chocolate cookies had to be my favorite. Never had anything like it. This experience with the book club kit was wonderful and can’t wait to try more.

This was actually such a great book club kit?? Or maybe I've just had really crappy ones before lol.

The playlist was fire (great bgm during the meeting), the mexican hot chocolate cookies were SO DELICIOUS (even when made gluten free!), the bookmarks were a cute addition though I'm not super crafty (nor do I have a printer...); maybe one of the other members will actually make them a reality... And the questions were good! We actually answered a few of them instead of just digressing into random tangents 😅 Though even when we did veer off, the discourse was pretty cool; it was actually the author's tidbit about her kid and holidays that let to such an interesting discussion about how we grew into Halloween and Christmas/Hanukkah beyond the decor and presents and consumerism, and then what we might do
to emphasize the magic of each season when/if we have kids one day. Though, that last question was pretty divisive!! Luckily we could all agree to disagree haha. Overall, it was such a fun night, and not just because of the book! I hope more book clubs take advantage—if nothing else than for the santa munch snack mix and quality queer romance!

This was an excellent resource to download. I loved the different activities and recipes. One of my favorite sections would have to be the discussion questions, mainly because they reminded me of how this is still a story about family despite the romance between Coal and Hex.

Wow! What a FUN book club kit! My book club is reading this book this month and this packet is absolutely going to enrich our monthly meeting!! I love the printable bookmarks, recipes, and interview with the author. Visually beautiful, I just can't get over how much fun this packet is! I wish every book could come with a kit like this!! :)

don't think it's great to review just a book club kit :) it is a great kit that i will be sure to use with our book club, but isn't really something i feel i can review per se. i hope you can understand!

Great and adorable bookclub essentials! Everyone was happy obsessed with how fun the printable bookmarks were and there were requests for some of the recipes.

The author interview was great to see and the provided discussions questions helped keep the flow of our chats.

This is an excellent addition to this book for a book club! It’s jam packed full of everything you could need or want for a festive holiday book club. Loved the author’s interview in the very beginning! The discussion prompt questions were engaging and perfect to create a peaceful and fun discourse and the additional extras were beyond fun. From bookmarks to drink recipes and more relative book recs, this is the perfect lot for this book. This would be fantastic to have with each book in the series. Looking forward to Go Luck Yourself.
