While very wordy and somewhat haphazardly paced, I really enjoy this extremely imaginative novel. The intertwining threads of race, class, physics, and the characters themselves work well to form something the like of which I've not read before. The characterizations, their acerbity and humor, as well as the setting of New Jersey were all just lovely and added so much to the novel.
