I like stories about American pioneers. She is a new author me. I enjoyed every word. Be sure to read this wonderful book.

This was a strong historical fiction that I was looking for and enjoyed the feel of this book. It had that element that I was hoping for and enjoyed the overall feel of this story. I was engaged with the story going on and was glad I was able to read this story. Helen F. Wand has a strong writing style and enjoyed the way the characters were written.
