As with the other books in this series, it's refreshing to see a series focused on marriage and relationships and the issues that come up. There are many "life lessons" here, and at times, it seems like they overpower the story, but it's not too obvious unless you read the books back to back. That's not to say that these aren't meaningful stories, and this one may especially touch you if you've gone through infertility struggles.
Personally, I did not really enjoy this book. I feel like if I had read it at a different time and could relate to the characters a little bit more then I could, but I can see how other people would enjoy it. I would give this book another try in the future even though I didn't enjoy it this first time around.
