While this book is obviously intended to be used one mantra a day, every day for a year, for the sake of a timely review I couldn't do that. However, I did read the book and then picked through several mantras at random to add to my bedtime routine. I slept twelve hours last night compared to my usual 3-5 so I think it really helped!

I think the routines and mantras within have potential to be really helpful to people like me who struggle to have good bed time routines and get meaningful rest.

I absolutely loved this book! It’s such a thoughtful guide to improving sleep, blending helpful insights on rest, creating a bedtime toolkit, and establishing a calming routine. The section with mantras is especially wonderful—each one comes with a full-page devotional that feels so personal, including the mantra itself, a reflective message, a soothing quote, and a restful ritual to try that night. The layout is beautifully designed and easy on the eyes, making it a pleasure to use.
I was thrilled to find out it’s also being released as a deck! I’ll definitely be using the deck version, but the book is just as valuable, depending on your preference.
What I really appreciated is that it’s not tied to any specific religious belief, so it feels inclusive for anyone seeking better rest. If you’re looking for a gentle, effective way to improve your sleep, this resource is a winner!

365 happy bedtime mantras by Shannon Kaiser is an extremely informational and peaceful book. The mantras in here are well thought out and explained, the meditations easy to follow. Great for those in their self help era!

In this fast-paced world, we all need a little help getting a good night's sleep. This is the kind of book you put by your bedside table and make a point to read it a little every night. The messages are clear and easy to follow. Hopefully it can sink in and put all of the negative anxious thoughts out of mind before sleep. I am recommending to those that are overwhelmed and need something simple to read at night. This is perfect for readers who are at a spot in life where they don't have time or energy for more than a chapter in the evening.

This book is fantastic whether you need help with sleep or not. For me, the book reminds me of a hype girl - someone who roots for you and gives great advice/suggestions. I gave it four stars because there are parts that are repetitive but it might not be as obvious once you space out the reading. Overall, a great book and I can't wait to see the companion deck!

If you are a person who takes time to relax at night, I recommend adding this title to your bedtime routine. For each day there is a mantra followed by a short message and a relaxation ritual. Each offers something to think about and to do. For example, one might light a candle or think about being one’s authentic self.

Some may feel that some of what is in these pages is not unique. That may be so but I have found that it is good to take these few minutes to settle.

Recommended for those who need some help to unwind.
