I am a recent believer in the topic of Character, especially from a leadership perspective - I love the framework created by the Ivey School: Mary Crossan and others, THis is what triggered me to pick up this book to review. THe premise is the same as that of the Ivey model but the elements of character are diferent.

IN this book they are • Leadership • Innovation • Resilience • Breaking barriers • Courage • Loyalty • Integrity • Openness and transparency.

THe book is neatly structured, few people are highlighted for each character element. THere are lessons noted per individual which are a good TLDR in each chapter

THe choice of featured people can be questionable and debatable. Can we feature someone just on one dimension fitting them while they may not have been so great overall..
