In this book, we are given excellent tips and arguments for a more meaningful and mindful use of digital technologies.
I will recommend this book to colleagues and friends who often suffer from digital burnout.
To be fair, I have set my boundaries many years ago, clearly defining my use, and can attest to the tips in this book.
In the rare and specific cases of my less content use of digital technologies, this book still had advice to offer.
