I unfortunately did not finish this one. I was very interested in and intrigued based on the outreach and blurb that I received, but I just found it too hard to follow and was being pulled out of the story accordingly.

I really enjoyed reading this book, it had that element that I was looking for and enjoyed the concept. It was everything that I was looking for and enjoyed the writing style from Leonce Gaiter. It had that jazzy element that I was looking for and was glad I got to read this.

A wonderful and endearing look into the life of an LGBTQ male elder. This book takes you on a journey through family relationships, adolescence and adulthood. I often found myself wondering how much was fiction, if any. I can see this being a movie series, told over the course of a week and the film becoming a cult favorite.

You will not want to put this book down.
