This is a great book. Too often Human Resource Specialists a limited understanding of Learning and Development. This book fills many gaps. Strategic Learning and Development Practice provides insight into identifying learning needs, learning analytics, knowledge management, technology-supported learning and how to build and evaluate an L&D strategy. I recommend this book to HR specialist, L&D specialists, and Operations & Strategy specialist. It's filled with practical information and real-life scenarios. Five stars.

In Strategic Learning and Development Practice, the authors have created a textbook that supports CIPD advanced diplomas for human resource development.
The chapters (multiple consecutive full chapters deal with them) on the junction between learning and HRD were particularly useful.
