This audiobook was so comforting and cozy. The advice within was very palatable and comforting and listening to it felt like a hug from a friend.

I don't usually like when authors read their own books. This narrator is lovely. She seems sincere without being schmaltzy. I like how the chapters and sections are divided. I could skip the sections that I didn't feel were relevant to me, or just read the "major takeways" of those sections.
This is a nice followup to the author's previous book. I will purchase for my library and share with our book groups.
