This is such an inspiring book with so many great stories and advice. It’s hard being a woman in our society now more than ever. Not always having a voice but we need more changemakers to speak for us. This book speaks on being woman in male dominated work fields, motherhood and perceptions, mental health and more.

Excellent book. Everybody wants to change who they are, but few have an idea of what they want that will benefit others and society as a whole. This book will show you how. Read it and reap!

Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for the ARC in exchange for my honest opinion. I found it a very well written book with many tips. I think for beginner activists or changemakers this book is a great start in finding ways to challenge the status quo

There is on thing most Changemakesrs agree on and it's that it's easy to burn out when you are working on a goal. However, very few books focus on family-centric approaches to resolve of the imbalances we see in the society and I would recommend this as a good place to start when looking at women and the huge role and investment they have in change. I'd even further propose this an interesting take on the need for policies that respect, appreciate and value nurture, caregiving, and what that does in the realm of creating a better society.
At the end of each chapter there are reflection points that serve as good reminders too.
Thanks Netgalley for the eARC
