This book was an entertaining read on different types of housewives (and housepeople) found around the country. Much of the text focused on each housewife's specific goals and values, and why they chose to be housewives. Unlike other books, all of the housewives in this book were driven by radical, left-leaning, liberal politics and pushed back against Christian, right wing, conservative views of traditional subservient housewives. A refreshing perspective!
