Having lived the ADHD experience in the workplace and in life, I know how rare it is to find truly useful guidance. This book was a refreshing exception.

Honestly I was hoping to see something different (new is a strong world), but it just has all of the other advices that have been out there for forever. I guess if you have never read or you have neve been informed on any ADHD stuff it will be a good read.

Actionable and I’m Obsessed

I know so many people that were not diagnosed with ADHD well into adulthood. This book would be such a great fit for that audience and even teens.

My review is based on the subjects of the book. I did personally decide to listen to the audiobook while highlighting key tips and information points to circle back to. The narrator’s voice can only be described as perfect. Her voice was engaging while balancing calmness into the subject matters.

Such a good guide for oneself, partners and even leaders to support teens and adults with ADHD. I found actionable and realistic steps that you can be tried out to find what works for that individual.

I received a free copy of this book from Phoenix J. Waldren and BooksGoSocial. I am voluntarily leaving a review. All opinions are my own.

Love this book and the approach it takes - how to use your strengths. Most ADHD books focus on weaknesses, but that’s just not the best way to capture an ADHD-er’s interests. This is very much an empowering and confidence building book that assumes we are capable and talented and have unique gifts to offer

Very interesting book with a lot of hints and tips I have picked up that I will use to help me navigate my own neurodiversity as I was diagnosed last year (as a 34yo F)
