A true page-turner! Over all this read very fast for me. I really enjoyed the plot and the characters because it was well thought trouch and well written. The only downside was the sci fi parts that became a bit too much at times, too heavy simply put. It haltered the plot from running entirely as smooth as honey.

I am still working on this book. Although I found the premise intriguing and I like dystopian tales, this one seems to drag and I am not compelled to pick it up again.

This was a beautifully done scifi novel, it had that element that I was looking for and was engaged with the concept. I was hooked from the first page and was enjoying the overall feel of this. The characters had that feel that I was looking for and was everything that worked in this universe. I enjoyed the way J. P. MacDonald wrote this and wanted to read more.

this was a pretty good book. I do think it was interesting to see an interpretation of what could happen in the future. I think the science fiction aspects were a bit heavy at times, but it was still a good read and it did make me think!
