“Can’t Get Enough” was my first Kennedy Ryan book, but it won’t be my last. I love a good, strong female protagonist and this story was full of them. The themes of sisterhood and supporting the people you love were front and center here and I really appreciated the idea of finding love after (gasp!) 40.
When I picked it up, I didn’t realize that it is the third in a series, but honestly it reads like a standalone.
Thanks to Netgalley and Forever Grand Central Publishing for the ARC in exchange for my honest review.

Kennedy Ryan can do no wrong. I will be so sad when this series is over! Crying one minute, smiling the next…oof. Powerhouse of an author!

It’s me and Kennedy Ryan forever, but this one didn’t give what it needed to. 😞.
I have been excited for Hendrix’s story since meeting her in the first book, but this one didn’t capture the Hendrix I’d come to know. The romance felt too fast and lacked depth, so it was hard for me to fully believe in their connection. Maverick didn’t quite have a certain ‘je ne sais quoi’ I expect from a character of his calibre. The side drama almost overshadowed Hendrix’s mom’s story, which I felt should’ve been more central.
However, I loved the strong bond between the women—their support for each other was heartfelt and moving.
It also was very precious to see my dear friend, Tasha, even if it’s in a small way, in this book. Thank you, Kennedy Ryan, and thank you, ReadForeverPub 💜

Kennedy Ryan is a force. While a book written by her is always a reading adventure, it is also an emotional, all-consuming, visceral experience. I don't just read about these complex characters, I live their journeys with them. They fill me with hope, anguish, accomplishment, fear, solid supportive friendship, chosen family, and soul-deep, enduring, hard-won love.
I'm not overly eager to read billionaire heroes at the moment but I'll make an exception for Maverick. Ryan has crafted a self-made business mogul, ruthless when necessary and not hesitant to go after what he wants but with a tender side as well. I loved the relationship he has with his dad, the gentle care he uses with Hendrix's mother, and, hello, Black surfer? Yes, please. I love that he is not out of touch with his roots and is willing to put himself forward to offer a hand up to others as well as fight injustice. I appreciated the respect between him and Hendrix, as well as the red-hot chemistry and deepening affection. I especially enjoyed how open they were with one another. Open and honest communication and trusting enough to be vulnerable with one another can be very sexy.
Speaking of vulnerable, Ryan digs deep with strong-willed, motivated, successful businesswoman, Hendrix. I love that she knows who she is - personally, professionally, sexually - and goes after what she wants, that she also gives of herself to help others in her community, and that she refuses to bend to societal pressure by compromising what she knows is best for her. But I also was happy to see her become open to growth and compromise in those personal relationships. Being confronted not only with a heartbreaking family situation (handled by Ryan with great writing skill and emotional care) but also an unexpected romantic one which leads to a messy business one causes Hendrix to step into uncharted waters and make difficult decisions. It's a thought-provoking process of an independent woman weighing the wants and needs of both her head and her heart. I was with her, cheering her on every step of the way.
Can't Get Enough is the third book in Ryan's Skyland trilogy. While I'm a stickler for reading a series in order and the primary characters from books one and two feature prominently in this third one, readers new to Skyland should be able to fully enjoy Hendrix's story should you decide to read it first. Whatever order you choose, all three books have my highest recommendation.

Extended review to come.

Can’t Get Enough was a breathtaking, emotional, and utterly intoxicating romance that had me hooked from the very first page. The author once again delivered a story that was not only swoon-worthy but also deeply resonant, weaving themes of ambition, responsibility, and self-worth into a love story that felt both aspirational and achingly real.
Hendrix Barry was an absolute force—brilliant, driven, and fiercely independent. Watching her navigate the demands of her high-powered career while caring for an aging parent made her journey incredibly moving. And then there was Maverick Bell—charming, persistent, and impossible to resist. Their chemistry was electric, their banter sharp, and their emotional connection undeniable.
I loved how the author built their romance with such care, allowing their relationship to unfold in a way that felt both organic and inevitable. Maverick’s unwavering support and admiration for Hendrix made him one of the most compelling love interests I’ve read in a long time. The tension, the longing, and the sheer depth of their feelings made every moment between them feel meaningful.
Beyond the romance, this book explored real-life struggles with grace and honesty, adding layers of depth that made it so much more than just a love story. It was about choosing joy, embracing vulnerability, and learning that love doesn’t have to come at the expense of one’s dreams—it can elevate them.
This was the author at her absolute best—raw, romantic, and utterly unforgettable. Can’t Get Enough was a masterclass in storytelling, and I truly couldn’t get enough!
Thank you to NetGalley, the author and the publisher for providing me with a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review!

Kennedy Ryan's Skyland Series as been everything I could want in a badass women, finding their way, hot guy support, true grit way!
Finally getting to Hendrix was exactly what I needed. She is strong and independent. A woman who knows what she wants and isn't afraid to get it. But...she is also dealing with some heartbreak in her personal life that threatens to bring her to her knees. In walks Mav and the heat index in the ATL raises about 20 degrees!
I think what I love most about the Skyland series is how real the issues are that everyone faces. While I wouldn't kill to have everyone's bank account and living situation, Kennedy does an amazing job of making the characters relatable on a fundamental level. We all have to deal with sickness, aging parents, cheaters and more. None of those things know an income bracket.
I hope you'll take a chance on this book and the series as a whole! Each book can be read as a standalone but honestly I don't know why you would!

Thank you NetGalley for the advanced copy as always it a pleasure to read a Kennedy Ryan books but I was a little disappointed with Hendrix story’s I felt bored with a lot of this story. I love the research and the care on Alzheimer’s and a very sexy billionaire Maverick but other then that nothing really happen

I LOVED the first 2 books in the Skyland series but Can't Get Enough easily takes the top spot. I love Hendrix's strength and independence. Watching her navigate taking care of her mother while being a highly successful powerhouse was inspiring. How she lets Maverick into her world and lets herself be vulnerable enough to accept help was beautiful to watch. And Maverick? I love that man. He was unrelenting in his pursuit of what he knew he wanted, while also giving Hendrix the space to be ready. I loved watching their journey. As always, Kennedy handled sensitive subjects such as Alzheimer's with such care. I am continuously in awe of her attention to detail and the research and time spent to give these subjects the love they deserve. And of course, just like the other books in the Skyland series, I LOVE the female friendships. Seeing Soledad and Yasmen lift Hendrix up and be there for her through it all is the sisterhood I love to see in this series. 10/10 LOVE!

Yes yes yes!
Kennedy Ryan books are always a mix of real life, joyful moments interspersed with some sorrow as well. This book was no different and I was hooked. Character development, story telling, and plot line all made this a 5 star read.
Thank you to netgalley and publisher

Hendrix and Maverick are drawn to each other in that way that mixes the ultimate attraction with the maturity that can come with middle age. This story considers the balance of a person’s (particularly a black woman’s) career and financial goals with their relationship (romantic partner and familial) needs. It’s thoughtful and honest, but the big message seems to be that when you’re ready, you’re ready. It’s an incredibly satisfying read, just like the previous two installments of the Skyland books.

Kennedy Ryan has done it again! Can't Get Enough is an emotional, beautifully written finale to the Skyland series that completely stole my heart. Hendrix and Maverick’s love story is everything—tender, passionate, and deeply moving. Their slow-burning romance is full of tension and steam, but it’s the emotional depth that truly sets this book apart.
Hendrix’s journey, especially as she navigates her mother’s battle with Alzheimer’s/Dementia, is portrayed with such authenticity and care. The weight of her reality makes her love story with Maverick all the more powerful. Their connection feels real, raw, and undeniable, making every moment between them unforgettable.
And of course, the billionaire romance aspect adds its own layer of intrigue, but it never overshadows the heart of the story. Kennedy Ryan masterfully blends wealth, power, and deep love in a way that feels both aspirational and grounded.
As the final book in the Skyland series, Can’t Get Enough delivers a satisfying, emotional, and well-earned conclusion. It’s the kind of book that lingers with you long after the last page. A must-read for romance lovers!

Thank you Forever Publishing for the ARC!
I just can’t get enough of Kennedy Ryan! She has done it again for the final installment in the Skyland series which just might be my favorite. Kennedy is a master of blending drama, emotion, romance, and humor into one fantastic story. As someone who is childless by choice, I have been (im)patiently waiting for Hendrix’s story and it certainly did not disappoint.

Can't Get Enough Delivers Spice, Soul, and Soft Girl Magic
Kennedy Ryan delivers a five-alarm romance with Can't Get Enough, the spiciest installment in the Skyland series. This book isn’t just hot—it’s scorching. Hendrix Barry, a powerhouse CEO of a social media marketing agency, is all about crafting perfect brands for her influencer clients, but when it comes to love, her strategy is to stay in control. Enter Maverick Bell, a tech mogul who refuses to be just another "unfollow." His pursuit is relentless, his charm undeniable, and his devotion? Swoon-worthy.
Beyond the steamy chemistry, Can't Get Enough beautifully explores Hendrix’s journey into her “soft girl era”—learning to embrace vulnerability and let love in without sacrificing her ambition. Ryan masterfully weaves humor, faith, and family dynamics, offering a heartfelt look at Black culture and the unspoken struggles of caregiving. The relationship between Hendrix, her mother, and Aunt G is one of the novel’s most moving aspects, shining a light on the realities of caring for aging loved ones.
However, some metaphor choices—like “blackberries” to describe body parts—felt awkward, and the use of the N-word seemed out of place. Despite these minor drawbacks, Can't Get Enough is an unforgettable, emotionally rich romance that blends passion, culture, and personal growth into one compelling read.

the first Skyland Series book! As a fellow childless-by-choice Black woman, I knew I would find some kinship with Hen. This book is healing and empowering. It made me feel seen, but also gave me a unique story full of heart and respect for women who are caretakers in ways outside of motherhood and powerful friendships that feel like sisterhood.
My favorite thing about this series is how Kennedy Ryan creates such well-fleshed-out main characters and love interests. People with their own desires, motivations, and baggage.
That is absolutely the case with Can't Get Enough. Not only is Hendrix at a point in her life where she wants to share in her successes and have a partner in life, she is also caring for her mother whose quality of life is declining from Alzheimer's Disease. Maverick enters her life at what might not seem like the perfect time, but it is the right time. He had witnessed his own mother care for his ailing grandfather.
Despite there being a minor complication of Maverick recently ending a relationship with a woman Hendrix is working with, the spark between the two will not go out. This is a slow burn so prepare for that, but it's soooo worth.
I'm so sad this series is coming to an end and I cried many tears with how it concluded. Thank you, Kennedy Ryan, for giving us these books!

rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've loved the other two books in the Skyland series, so I'm sad to be leaving a mid review for this one. I love Hendrix as a character, I love seeing a successful 40-year-old woman find love (more older FMCs in romance PLEASE), the storyline about her mother's Alzheimer's was well-written and impactful. But it felt like this book lacked focus, there were a few too many elements vying for Hendri'x attention and it pulled us into too many different directions as readers without much resolution. I also felt Maverick was....weird? Perhaps I just don't understand the rich, but the whisky scene gave me the ick instead of being a turn on. I'm so, so glad that other readers seem to be connecting to it - I'll keep holding the other two books in this series close to my heart.

Thank you @readforeverpub for the digital ARC. ‧₊˚⊹ Felt lucky to read this early!
♡ I love this series with my whole heart. The banter had me rolling. The romance is steamy, the tension palpable.
It’s more than just another romance book. This is a book about friendship, about community, about women supporting women, about grief and loss and love.
This book confronts and brings to light very current, very real social issues such as so-called reverse racism and reverse discrimination. Kennedy is never afraid to go beneath surface level. And I 👏🏽 am 👏🏽 here 👏🏽 for it!
Pick this one up — releasing May 13th. You do not have to read the priors, although if you do, you’ll recognize many of the side characters that we know and love 💕
TW: Dementia, Racism

I just finished Can’t Get Enough by Kennedy Ryan, and whew, she did it again!
Hendrix is that girl boss bitch energy on full display. And the mens? Top-tier, as always. Kennedy never misses when it comes to writing amazing, loving, and caring men.
Of course, there’s deep, real life trauma woven in, and this one hit. I was hooked, emotional, and couldn’t put it down. The friendships? Still elite. The Black girl magic? Unmatched. Thanks, NetGalley, for the ARC!

Another absolute banger of a book from Kennedy Ryan. I absolutely LOVED both Hendrix and Maverick. Both characters were so well drawn out and were obviously crazy for each other from the jump.
I also really appreciate how Ryan does not shy away from the weightier topics in her romance novels (her author's note is especially fantastic at why it's so important!)
Fans of Kennedy Ryan will also spot some easter eggs from books in some of her other series, which was an absolute delight!
** I received an e-ARC from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Completely absorbing and gorgeously real...and deliciously sexy. Kennedy Ryan is one of the genre's very best.
