Robbi Robbi Robbi ・❥・Easily becoming one of my favorite authors. Robbi Renee writes, I’m reading.

Just wow! The way Robbi Renee captures heavy themes like loss, healing, and family dynamics, grounding them in relatable characters and real-life challenges is masterful. This was not a story of betrayal. It was one of profound love, grief, and renewal. Dr. Dresden Xavier, a widower torn between holding onto the memory of his late wife and embracing a second chance at love, and Harper Kingsley, a divorced mother caring for her cancer-stricken ex-husband journey through an authentic, slowly blossoming chemistry as they navigate their individual struggles and the expectations of their families. This thought-provoking romance captivated me from start to finish. This is a heartfelt read for those who appreciate thoughtful, grown, and sexy romances.

Thank you, Netgalley, RB Media | Recorded Books and Robbi Renee for the ALC of this beautiful story of love in its truest form, losing it and finding it again. This book shattered me! There were parts that I could relate to from my personal experience and others simply because the characters were so well written that I could empathize with them.

Dylan Ford did a stand up job of playing both the male and female main character in this story. He expertly conveyed the emotion and severity of each scene. I actually got misty eyed in areas.
I don't want to spoil it so I will refrain from saying more.

I had the honor of having the ARC of this book as well so I was able to tandem read, I love that for me, it only heightened my experience.

This book....whew!

This was not a good read for me. The wording was very cringy and I think I really disliked the narrator. There was no emotion just sounded like a robot. Wish I would have read the book physically!
