Loved How Elegant the Elephant!

I'm really not a huge poetry reader; but I loved this poetry. I honestly didn't realize that the subtitle of this book included the word Poems. But How Elegant the Elephant is so perfect that I plan to purchase it for my niece and nephew (more for the nephew in first grade than the niece).

Poetry by Mary Ann Hoberman and illustrations by Marla Frazee, it is a perfect match.
