I enjoyed this one more than the last few in the series. It had a quick start diving right into the plot, it is helpful to read the series so a reader has background on the FMC. The plot moved quickly and had a lot of action and suspense with a some romance. The MMC was hot and very likable, and I do enjoy the setup for the next story. The love story while subtle moved awfully fast at the end, making it a bit off for me, but still enjoyable and leaving me believing in should mates in fiction.

This book is part of the Redemption Harbor series but could easily be read as a stand alone. It has plenty of suspense and also a romance. I enjoy reading the books in this series. They always provide me with good entertainment. Thank you to net galley for an advanced readers copy.

Loved this book! I love the characters, especially Berlin = a sassy hacker at Redemption Harbor Security.

Chance is a former special forces soldier who puts his life on hold to search for his missing brother. The more Chance learns about his life, the more worried he becomes as things go from bad to worse.

When Berlin inserts herself into Chance's life, he has no idea what to do with her or the resources she brings to the table. What follows is a fast paced and engaging thriller with a bit of romance.

This book quickly jhad me hooked and turning pages just as quickly as possible. Fans of the genre will love this book! While part of a series, this is a stand alone novel, however it's so good that you really owe it to yourself to read them all. The author is on my must read authors ' list.

Great standalone series never disappoints. A bit of everything - action, adventure, cartel, shoot outs, and definitely romance! A winner all around.

A sexy and full of twists romance suspense

Well I'm not going to be neutral because Katie Reus is one of my favorite authors and Redemption Harbor (the original series and the spin-off) is one of my favorite reads by this author !

And unsurprisingly, I really enjoyed following the adventures of Berlin who is a bit crazy but terribly endearing and seeing her succumb to the charm of Chance who is a bit grumpy but terribly sexy =)

The plot was interesting and I really enjoyed seeing them investigate the disappearance of Chance's brother and of course the conclusion delighted me !

In short, a sexy suspense romance that I read with pleasure !

PS: I NEED THE BOOK WITH MARI SO MUCH >< The little reference at the end made me want it so much =D
