Imagine living your best life with a promising future and all that is snatched away with a diagnosis of terminal breast cancer. This is where Kendra finds herself. Anticipating her wedding day, she is devastated when her intended grown backs out and she is placed on leave from her job. She moves back to her home town where she reconnects with an old friend Lance Alexander, who is not a pastor of a church. Kendra is familiar with Lance's past and is unable to get past.
