I really enjoyed this books. The illustrations were well drawn and cute. The writing was so beautiful. It articulated well what I tell my children. It was sweet to read them something that was so powerful. Them hearing it again and again from me and then reading a book about the same thing I hope just solidified that they can talk to God about anything. I really liked the question what do I do when I don’t have anything to say and the mom told her she could just sit with God. It was so sweet. I will continue to share this book with my kids

A sweet book of a family that prayed together. However, their daughter Abby wanted to know if should pray by herself. Her parents encouraged her that she could. Praying by herself, she had other questions about praying. A significant teaching moment was prayer is listening not just talking. Prayer has a way of making us thankful and closer to God.

This book is WONDERFUL! It is one to purchase for the library, but would also be great to keep a copy at home, gift to friends, give at baby showers, etc. Such a wonderful message on praying, gives great examples for kids and parents, encourages thought and daily conversation with God, and spreads love for our Creator. Also, the illustrations are precious! I can't recommend this book enough. I will be sharing with my family for sure!
