As a family Nurse Practitioner myself, this book hit ALL OF THE THINGS. We study, we succeed, we educate ourselves, yet for some reason we do not feel like it’s enough. Dr. Michele-Vera Yonga encompassed these feelings into words. Her step by step process of retiring your brain becomes the key piece of removing Imposter Syndrome. I can speak from experience, that one day you wake up and Imposter syndrome is just less present. It is still there, but as you cultivate confidence in yourself, that nagging voice gets quieter. Thank you for writing a book that so many of us relate to. Thank you for keeping the hope alive. We are in this to help each other.
