Very cute book about a mom and her child. This would be a good one for those without a father figure in their life, as it talks about mom being able to do everything they need in the best ways!

Very well illustrated story of girl and her mom and the adventures they take in a day.
I found the story to be very sweet and one my granddaughters would enjoy.

This was so sweet. The imagery was phenomenal. For example, the illustration of the little girls dream was top tier. Really a phenomenal book all around

Such a sweet mother-child-portrayal! All the things mothers do, not only physically (ehem mental load ehem) but also emotionally, are shown. Catching their children when they're afraid or sad or can't sleep and finding new ideas for "adventures" every day. I do feel like the art style fits the sujet of the book, even though the smiles sometimes seem quite two-dimensional.

I’m always looking for children’s books that show different experiences. While not entirely explicit, it is implied that this is a story of a mother and an adopted child. The illustrations are beautiful and capture the imagination of a child so very well. The message of going on adventures with a mom was shown perfectly and I appreciated the writing of the beginning and ending pages especially.

Uplifting, warm book about mom from the child’s perspective/voice. Sweetly written. The art is really fun and beautiful. The movement of the words and big page spreads is nicely done! So much color!

I read this book with my daughter and we both loved it.

The story is very well written, it is easy to read and follow and it had some beautiful illustrations.

I thought that the story was heartwarming and it had a great message.

I make sure that we have a girly trip at least once a month and spend the day doing something together, this can be visiting an old house, gardens, castle, garden centre or cinema trip - the book showcases what is most important and that is spending time together - we always make sure it is fun and take a bunch of photos when we go out to make memories we can treasure and look at over and over.

This would be the perfect story to give to any mother at any time but it would be a great present for Mother's Day too.

It is 5 stars from me for this one - very highly recommended!

When I had my daughter I started out as a single mom: This book is so beautifully illustrated! I loved reading it to my toddler. The colors were really captivating and the language was one she could understand. We really enjoyed this sweet mom and me book!

This was a beautiful story about a Mom from the childs point of view.

The illustrations in this story were beautiful! I enjoyed looking at them. I loved how some appeared to be drawn with crayons, making it seem like it was children's artwork.

The story was very sweet. It was from the daughter's point of view about all the wonderful things the mother does with her, and why she loves her mom. It could easily be read to boys too, as everything in the story were things I do with my sons.

This would be a great story to read to any child who has a loving mom, or a great gift to a mom on Mother's Day!

My Mom is a brief picture book about all the things moms can do. This would be a good bedtime story based on page count and text density. The illustrations are whimsical and sweet. I liked that it included adventurous activities, too!

This was cute! I enjoyed the book and liked the illustrations more than I expected based on the front cover. I didn’t think there was much of a story here but overall I enjoyed the book and think it gives the sense of togetherness between mother and child. Would be a cute book to read on Mothers Day or mom’s birthday!

Brb crying 😭 this really was a beautiful little story with lovely illustrations. The mom and daughter pictured look so much like myself and my daughter, and the adventures they go on are reminiscent of our own as well. I read to my daughter every night, and I can't wait to share this one with her. Thank you Netgalley for the ARC!

As a new mom I really enjoyed this book! While I think my son would like this book I think I may enjoy it more! Why? Because moms often feel like their work goes unnoticed. This book reminds me that all the little things I do, my little one sees.

I also would like to point out how unbelievably magical the drawings were in this book. It felt whimsical and sweet - just like the story!
