Five Broken Blades was one of my favorite reads of 2024 (I've managed to purchase three editions of the book), and I have Four Ruined Realms pre-ordered for release day on January 7, 2025. I've been stalking NetGalley like a starved lioness hoping that the publisher would make this book available. When I saw the preview chapters available, I immediately pounced!

Jumping back into the first five chapters of this book reminded me of the joy I experienced with the first book. I really adore the different narrative voices, particularly Royo's. I appreciated the quick recap of the events of the first book and the character list to help reorient the reader.

The little preview here has me so excited to get my hands on my copy of the full book soon!

Whoops! Like many others (I hope), I Totally thought this was the full length book, but the preview sure does have me intrigued!?!

Ugh, not me thinking this was the full book. I was ready to tear into this book and now I have to wait till January 7, 2025. This is easily one of my most anticipated reads of 2025 and I hope it doesn't let me down! Can't wait to get back to all the characters as we deal with the fallout of book 1.
