A new spin on the tale of Loki and Odin. Loki is portrayed as a sadistic madman. The story is full of twists and turns. Korvain was sent to execute Bryn, but in the long run he ends up saving the Valkyrie’s from Loki.

This was a bit of a rough read (took 2 weeks) and I almost didn't finish it on several occasions.
If you get the digital, I highly recommend jumping to the back and reading the Glossary to help a bit with terminology.
The opening is a bit of a cluster as it really throws far too much at you at once and none of it was really interesting enough to grab my attention, it really just confused me.
And, sorry, bit of a spoiler, but the 2 things that really bothered me:
Loki gets rolled by homeless junkies but not even 24 hours later takes out another god? Um, ok.
And, the romance aspect in this was just odd. Kinda like they like how each other smells, but don't really talk to each other, but magically end up falling for each other. Nope.
