This book is for agency founders who would like to learn about the financial side of the business instead of leaving it to the finance staff.
I liked that it's extremely actionable in the sense that you can draw up a growth plan as you read through this book.
It is also important for me to state that this book is not for general financial advice. It is not for those who are looking for the theoretical part of how to set up an agency.
