I DNF-ed at 20% since the plot didn't seem to move beyond very graphic sexual scenes that seemed unnecessary to me,
I mostly read scri-fi and fantasy and was looking forward to more politics and action but this book couldn't hold my attention. Looks like this was just not my cup of tea.

Thanks to NetGalley for this ARC, however I had to DNF on page 90 due to the overly graphic and unreal sexual situations and amount of time spent on it. It was implausible based on the motivations of the main character and is not something I am interested in.

I usually enjoy reading the Sci Fi and Fantasy genres unfortunately I found that the story was unable to hold my attention and interest at all. I was unable to focus and follow what was happening. I am sure that other readers would enjoy the story.

This was a strong third entry in the Foundra series, it had that element that I was hoping for and enjoyed from this type of book. It continued the story perfectly and was glad it had that spark that I enjoyed from the previous two books. Emmanuel M Arriaga wrote this well and was glad I got to get back to this series.
